Since 1969, we’re the place that does burgers better than anyone. Where Bottomless Steak Fries reign. And where sharable bites become sharable moments.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Red Robin since there isn’t one in my town. The hamburger was excellent, juicy, flavorful and the service at this location was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Ordered to go- host sent me to the bar. There were maybe 10 people in the place, 2 at the bar. Bartender saw me but was doing busy work tasks for a solid 5 minutes before asking how to help. Then someone else brought my food. He was friendly. When I arrived to my hotel, the food looked terrible, missing ingredients. Not what was shown on their menu. Shameful.

Had a great visit…our server and manager were both great. Only took once to order to gety food right, unlike the last time with three tries.

Bacon Cheeseburger and plain fries. Dessert was good as well.

First time ordering from this location. Walked in and was told to go back and grab my food off some janky shelf. No food was there. Then I see 3 people walk by without acknowledging me. Went back to the hostess stand and the lady “found” my food after a minute in the kitchen. I get home and start eating, the fries are COVERED in salt and I find my burger unevenly cooked. By far my worst experience with red Robin

Celebrated my birthday today with my best friend. The food was great, the service was different though. We saw our waitress maybe 3 times in the 2 hours we were there? Took 20 mins just to get fries and a sundae. We didn’t order much yet it took so long to get our food. Not on the waitress of course, but she checked in with every other table and avoided us like the plague.

We typically love Red Robin—it’s usually our go-to for a reliable family meal because of the kid-friendly atmosphere and great food. Unfortunately, our experience at the Ann Arbor location this time was a bit of a letdown.
The service was the biggest issue; we ordered appetizers that never made it to the table, and we spent a good portion of the meal waiting for drink refills that didn’t come. Additionally, the food quality felt below the usual standard we’ve come to expect from Red Robin.
We’re big fans of the brand, so we’re hoping this was just an off night for this location. We’d love to see it get back to the quality we know they’re capable of!

I always have good experiences with RR, but however this time I got some dark, moldy (maybe rotting?) broccoli in my take-out. I tried to eat and be a “trooper” because I’ll eat anything–off the floor, out of the trash–but my wife told me it actually smelled bad too. I guess I couldve driven all the way back to Briarwood with a tiny cup of gross broccoli and asked for some fries, but I have a 6 month old baby, and I just wanted to not have to stress over dinner for once It’s a little disappointing when you have to spend $45 for two people. You can always tell if youre at a restaurant staffed by people who hate vegetables when they treat the veggies like an afterthought, like over-cooked broccoli from a SYSCO boxtruck is on the menu for sad people on medically restricted diets. Guess what? I like broccoli. I’m a heathy young man with a varied diet! Broccoli is a super food! You’re better than this, Red Robin!

Pretty meh vibe. It’s smelled like something was burning in here & it was super smokey. Waitress was kinda snappy. Burger was pretty good but the Oreo milkshake just tasted like it was only flavored with chocolate syrup. Not the fine dining I remember. Felt more like a Wendy’s.

Red Robin is a frequent stop for us after work, and it’s consistently a solid choice. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and we’ve never had any complaints about the food—it’s always fresh and satisfying. Some of our go to order includes the fried pickle appetizer, Chicken Cobb salad, chicken tenders, fries and cold drinks!
The only area that could use some attention is cleanliness; the restrooms could be maintained better, and the dining area sometimes appears a bit littered.
Overall, it’s a great spot for a reliable meal with good service.
