They ran on a chicken and a lady barely gave me any steak. I would never come here again and I love chipotles. I’ve eaten at many of them in Albuquerque, New Mexico and they’re very good there here, not so good. Service is sort of rude.

Terrible location. Rice is always crunchy, meat doesn’t taste right, over salted, burnt and charred always. I go out of my way to avoid this location. Highly suggest you go to Qdoba down Arapahoe Rd instead. Much better quality food and friendly staff.

So the portions were toddler-size servings. It seems like all Chipotle’s are cutting down on their serving size. Never received a receipt for our order and charged us $1.50 each for corn and pico salsa(an extra $6). That would normally would be free when you build a bowl or burrito. We get salsa on the side cause we share. I was informed by the checkout girl of a Social media trend on the sides. I guess people are getting free food in side portion. I didn’t know and didn’t care about social media trends. Charging people without notice for stuff that’s been free, is criminal. After speaking to checkout girl twice an then a manager we received a refund. Normally, not going to cry over $6, but thought it was wrong. Also, check out girl gave my spouse attitude on while explaining the social media trending issue.

About 2 hours to closing and was told there was no more white rice had to scrap the container, then had to mix the white and brown rice to make enough rice, then was told no more chicken, but luckily they had another container. The burrito didn’t look good to start with from the beginning just a overall bad experience, when I was wanting chipotle, just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Today it was so spicy we could not eat it.
Was an extra amount of spices included when they grilled the chicken today.
We had to throw it out because of how spicy it was. Can it be replaced and get another burritos as this one was not edible.

This has got to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to! First off, the employees, horrendous. The guy with braids that works there is always sick coughing all over the place, wearing his gloves rubbing his dirty face then preparing food, complaining on the phone about how he had to come in when he was sick because everyone called out. The girls, just as bad, everyone looks like they would rather be elsewhere and they hate every second of their job. The employees are rude and miserable.
The place is DISGUSTING in there every time I’ve went inside. Every single table is dirty, prep line is dirty. This place needs a health code violation, I’m sure it’s coming.

I have been to this location multiple times around 7o’clock 8o’clock 9o’clock. I was there tonight at 8 and everything is dry no write rice is made and all the food looks like it’s been sitting there since this morning. Don’t waste your time or money there. THE NIGHT CREW SUCKS!!!

I am so angry. Food came in the wrong foil label wrappers , Food NOT accurate, Food Late !! Tortillas completely ripped / not wrapped / sloppy. Called to correct my order and they ignore phone calls !! Aren’t suppose to close until 10pm but weren’t answering calls before 9:30 pm ! Food was suppose to be delivered at 8:40/8:50pm and wasn’t delivered until after 9pm when restaurant closes at 10pm !

This is a good Chipotle location. I arrived shortly before closing and still received good service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and my salad met my expectations. I recommend this Chipotle location.
