Took it in and asked an employee at the front for some help or for a manager and was met with “I don’t know where he is”.
Anyways, manager finally came to the front and just said “I’m sorry” (which was kind of him) but then walked away. Didn’t ask if I wanted it remade or a refund, just walked to the back. A different (and very kind) employee asked what I needed help with and went and got a new burger, which was nice but I really would have just preferred a refund.
So people can’t read tickets????? How do you mix up a coffee and a frappe? I ordered it thru the app, thinking people can read a ticket. Doesn’t surprise me. Minus well tell you people to pick at random because that’s what you do. NEVER ordering from this place again. I mean it really sucks someone can’t read order. Hard working money down the drain. Wont even get a resolve from this. TYPICAL WASTE OF FOOD
My order was sitting long enough to cool off. To make matters worst, the order was wrong. After speaking with Mgr. Nicole, she permitted a replacement sandwich for the error.
This morning, my visiting experience was bad enough for me to decide never to return to this location.
Around 5:45 am, I waited to be addressed at the speaker. After a 30 seconds or so, I drove up to the first windows. Two guys walked by, appearing to be viewing something behind the wall to my left. The guy who stood further back, yawned and held the open mouth stance. This may have been 15+ seconds; it reminded me of Scary Movie.
Due to no one acknowledging my presence, I drove up to the 2nd window. The young woman ignored me and walked away. I got out of my vehicle and shouted throughthe opened window, “Good morning!”
She came back to the window and told me that I didn’t wait 2 seconds, at the speaker, before I moved forward. I told her that I waited longer than 2 secs. She told me that the frap machine was down. I told her that I was there to pick up my mobile order. I informed her of my visit a week prior, letting her know that I waited for my order and had to go inside to get it. That was my reason for moving forward today. She asked me if my previous visit was this early. My daughter answer that it was around 7:45am.
The young woman mosied over, being intentionally slow, to view the mobile orders for the code I gave her. She took her time making the drink.
Eventually, she gave me the order and, passive-aggressively, bidded me a great day.
From this experience, I evaluated a team that was present, but, they weren’t happy about being there that early.
Mc Donald’s put the fast in fast food. The team would not have made the cut under the Founder Mgmt.
I am a stickler for giving honor where honor is due; there’s no honor due here.
The total was wrong. The order was wrong. The bag was the smallest they carry and couldn’t fit all the food in it. And when I got the food some of it was missing.
Not demanding perfection. Asking for what I paid for.
