I am so tired of paying over $10 for a chicken sandwich that I can’t even chew or eat!! This is the second time I’ve had to go BACK and return a sandwich!!!!!! A huge waste of time and energy and gas and money!!!!! And the manager wants the chicken back to see it to PROVE I’M NOT LYING!!!!! THEN WANTS TO GIVE ME ANOTHER CHICKEN SANDWICH! HELL NO! Wendy’s must have changed their chili recipe. It is not even close to what it used to be. I bought some last weekennd and it was great. When I picked some up yesterday there was hardly any meat, no beans and no flavor. If price is the issue I would gladly pay a little more for their original chili. I will probably try them one more time to see if it improves. It’s so sad, it has been a favorite of mine and others for decades. Unless it turns around, I will no longer be going there.

Slow drive thru but most importantly the quality just seems worse now. I always get a spicy chicken sandwich and it was very low quality and chewy not to mention the shredded lettuce which is awful. Fries were not fresh tasting or hot. I don’t know why or when quality has decreased but Wendy’s is low quality now. So sad. Dave would be disgusted.

Fries not hot. Burger bread dry and meat luke warm and dry. As though it was under a heat lamp for an hour. Missing lettuce and tomato. My wife’s chicken sandwich was the same except she noticed the chicken was square. Processed Chicken? In all a very low experience that cost 10 dollars. Explains why it was over a year since we last visited this Wendy’s. Last time for sure.

12/20/25 about 4:30 pm, it took 25 mins to get through the drive through. They didn’t even bother putting cheese on my simple dub stack burger. Just another ff place in littleton that is over priced with incompetent workers.

#3218 Tried new chicken tenders x2 with honey mustard sauce, received 0 sauce. Ordered a meal deal with nuggets and BBQ sauce, received 0 nuggets and 0 sauce, didn’t notice tell we got home. Tried to call, no answer / hung up on when tried calling again. This place sucks!

Normally don’t have too many problems with this location, but this happened last night. I could understand if they didn’t hear me when I order my Spicy Chicken sandwich with no Mayo, but how do put Mayo on the sandwich and still put the no Mayo sticker on the wrapper?

That was an absolute nightmare and a waste of money. They have an AI menu I got so pissed off I had to design my personal AI just to interact I was lucky to make it out with chicken nuggets. What an absolute joke with what businesses is. It’s incredibly clear your AI interface is not working

FIRST…… THE FIVE STARS ARE ONLY FOR THE YOUNG MAN HANDLING THE FRONT, KIOSK, ONLINE AND DELIVERY ORDERS AT 6:00PM ON SUNDAY 12/28/25. I’m an Uber driver, arrived around 6:00pm to pick up an order.
The “in progress” section of the board was full and kept filling up as the guy at the front got orders out the door. He was doing his best to accommodate everyone, remained professional and polite even to the rude dad who was apparently oblivious to the responsibilities laid on one person and unforgiving of no forks or no sauces in his dine in order(mr. petty).
From what i could tell the guy working the front got criticism twice from the male manager who was working on the food line and twice from a female who i believe was a manager or supervisor.
Obviously they need the young man at the front who was doing it all so perhaps the management should consider saving any criticism for another time be it right, wrong, constructive or not.
It would have served them right if this young man told them do it yourself then, and walked out during the rush. I’m not suggesting he do that I’m just saying to the management here YOUR LUCKY HE DIDN’T AND IT WOULD HAVE SERVED YOU RIGHT IF HE HAD.
And by the way if you all are going to put all those tasks on one person during a busy time, STAY OUT OF IT. People get in a certain flow to keep things running right, and not get mixed up but when they get this one and that one popping in here and there doing whatever, such as pulling orders off the printer & laying em on the counter. things tend to get confused creating a longer wait for customers so maybe don’t do that then turn around and critisize anything.
Those receipts got mixed up by the girl NOT helping who also had something to say about the job he was doing. I only know that because i watched her pull them twice, then he was looking for the one for my order. SERIOUSLY?!
IT’S JUST COMMON SENSE! Help all the way or GET OUT OF THE WAY.
Oh yeah and the board was almost cleared when i left with my large order. I think the young man at the front is owed an apology for any criticism. I’m not 100% sure there was any but from parts i could hear and judging body language, im 99% sure, so the manager should just get over himself! be a human and apologize, without any excuses.
