Just spent 93 dollars to have grub hub deliver food for TWO PEOPLE
i called after placing the order asking for condiments (steak sauce, butter for lobster and shrimp) NONE OF THAT CAME, coconut shrimp sauce is like water, biscuits literally looks like they were stepped on with shoes hush puppies ive never seen more tiny in my life, i know this place has been going down but WOW!!!!! Yall wont make it much longer like THIS! ALMOST 100 DOLLARS FOR COMPLETE JUNK. YOU GUYS CANT BE SERIOUS!!!!!!! This couldn’t be more sad. Yall need to close down. Understand that LITTLE lobster and steak with NO CONDIMENTS which i was told ON THE PHONE they would send was 43 DOLLARS AND CHANGE!!!! ANGRY
AND the smashed broken biscuits were not the ones that came with meals WE BOUGHT EXTRA

The employees, the atmosphere, the Food . We had a wonderful lunch here today. I gave the food 5 stars even though the coleslaw was not the best. It wasn’t very cold and the cabbage was very limp. The rest made up for it though! My granddaughter and I had a very nice lunch and appreciated the friendly service. I’ll gladly recommend this restaurant.

Jennifer took great care of us, she was super attentive, friendly, and recommended I try the Passion Star Spritz when I mentioned I wanted to try something different — it was delicious. This was a pleasant dining experience . Kamari the male host who you seated me had a welcoming and friendly personality, Nikki my server was nice, and friendly, the manager was considerate and polite! The food was on delicious. I had the claim chowder soup, and the grilled Wild Alaska Salmon. I’m loving the new menu!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon meal. The host was very pleasant and friendly. We were seated quickly. The waitress, Llysa, was very efficient. My husband drinks a lot of whatever he is drinking ie. tea, soda. She kept his glass topped off. That does not happen often. The food was very hot and well prepared.

Alexis is an awesome server. She checked in on us and made sure all was good to go. When we had a slight issue with what was ordered and unaware of all in it she quickly asked the cook and was able to provide a replacement. The space could use some cleaning or uplift but overall the service and food was great!

If a zero (0) was possible, that would be my rating. My husband and I came to this location for dinner this evening. It took fifteen (15) minutes for a waitress to come to our table AFTER my husband got up to ask for one. Meanwhile, there were waitresses walking around, sitting, talking, etc., prior to my husband getting up, but no one acknowledged us.
We never received any refills on the beverages, once we finally got one. Our food was delayed, because they had to drop noodles for the pasta. Unfortunately, we never received our meal because we had to leave. My husband’s salad had molded shredded cheese in it & he had already taken several bites before he saw it. We are praying that he did not consume any of it.
Needless to say, we will NEVER return to this establishment again. It is poorly managed and needs an overhaul if it’s going to stay in business. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

You can see where they have been trying to make improvements and the service is the biggest improvement today The food quality is also better than it was a year ago
