My husband and I got a sub each. I got a regular hotshot Italiano and him the hot honey rotisserie chicken. It was like they mixed our orders together and put chicken and sub krunch in mine when I didn’t ask for it. They also forgot a lot of his toppings and toasted it. I usually love subway but this was pretty bad lol

Used to go here ALL the time. It used to be so good — recently went down hill. New employees don’t speak English, and if they do, it’s the bare minimum.

Today, I ordered online. It said it was ready for pick up so I went inside to get it, but the employee said he didn’t have an order. Could have been an electronic mistake, was willing to work with him since I had already paid for it.

So I tried to talk to him, but he said it wasn’t this location, mind you I was literally showing him my phone. But it’s impossible to talk to someone who doesn’t speak English, so he walked away.

Paid for my food but never got it — couldn’t even get a refund.

They’ve been over heating my bread recently too, I asked them to not cook it as long for the last two times, didn’t do that. So I switched to not heating at all.

Also, the most recent 5-star review here was from this employee. Subway should either close this location down or replace management to restore to its former glory.

The new employees/owners barely speak English and are very rude. Also, they ALWAYS charge extra for no reason and invent “store policies” with coupons such as that they do
Not accept specific coupons although the policy is not posted in the coupon or the store anywhere.

unrealistic mess
I love Subway because it’s so hard to mess up and I’ve been here twice and it’s been good both times. However I will say, once I was there and the worker was chatting up his gf and while my friend and I were getting food, she kept being all romantic with him. It was so awkward for us, we just went to my friends car to eat.

I ordered a 6in outlaw sub and got an aquafina water. The sub was supposed to be $7.79 and the water $2.69. When the young lady was making my sandwich she really connected the ends of the peppers across my sandwich, like literally 2 pieces of peppers, same on the onions, put a pinch of lettuce on there, she asked what kind of cheese and i told her, I reminded her the outlaw came with double cheese on it and then she put double. Im pretty sure she charged me for extra cheese then because I ended up paying $15 and some change for a $10 order. Ridiculous especially because it was barely a sandwich.

Probably the most modern and clean Subway I’ve ever been in. Ingredients even looked fresher and newer! Hopefully this renovated look means a new leaf from when all those one star reviews were put up.

Truly an awful experience, one that can speak for itself. Mouldy food, terrible and slow service. My soda had black chunks floating in it so I got a bottle instead. (The ladies room didn’t even have a mirror!)

Had the worst experience today. An Indian guy was making the sandwiches had to repeat the sentences 3times after finally he understood. Also gave very little portion of tuna in the sandwiches.

Pretty much a standard subway but they have decided to have an employee’s only restroom for dinning in that isn’t very optimal. Employees seemed a bit rude when asked about it. It’s fine that they don’t have one but I wouldn’t come back to dine at this location. Pleanty of other subways that are better than this location.

I ordered through Doordash. Got a message they were out of all breads except for wheat, ghost pepper, and flat bread. It was only 6:30 pm and they didn’t close for several hours. Are the staff just lazy or is that some sort of a store policy??
