I am a vegetarian and ordered a veggie patty burger for takeout approximately 30 minutes before closing. When I arrived home and opened my order, I discovered I had been given a double cheeseburger with meat patties instead. By the time I realized the error, the restaurant was closed, leaving me without a meal that evening and requiring the food to be discarded.

The following day, I returned to the restaurant with my receipt and photo documentation, expecting the issue to be simply corrected. Unfortunately, I was told by the Bald Headed Manager that because I did not call on the same day, no refund or replacement could be offered—despite clear evidence of the mistake. I expressed the fact they were closed and they mentioned emplyees are in the building until 11 pm.. Thats great, but how am I supposed to know that? I asked. They replied, “You shouodve just called.” The interaction lacked any acknowledgment, apology, or effort to resolve the situation. Instead, he took the power trip road and shut down everything, what type of Manger is that?

I understand policies exist, but in this case the error originated entirely with the restaurant, and the response did not align with the level of customer care I associate with a national brand like Red Robin. This was a straightforward opportunity to correct a mistake and retain a customer, and it was missed. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate leadership team, as this experience fell far short of expected standards. I would welcome a resolution and would like to feel confident returning in the future, if I so choose.

I got the new cowboy burger, my partner got the sampler, comes with pretzel bites, mozzarella sticks, and chicken. We had to have them remake it. (It seemed as if it sat out for quite awhile, crust on top of the cheese). My burger only had meat for 2/3 of the burger, the rest was bread. Very dissatisfied. If it had been a party of 6 to eat this appetizer they’d have maybe got 1 item a piece. Not worth the 50$ for 2 drinks, cold appetizer that had to be remade and a sub par burger that Would’ve been better from mcdonalds. Smh. Atleast it was time well spent out of the house.

Second time eating here and they have the good ranch! Gotta have the good buttermilk ranch with their fries! The seasoning on the table is yummy! I got their Salad Big and filling! Couldn’t finish it. My Man LOVES their burgers too! We got Oreo shakes to go too and Yummmmmmm! Everything was good!

This was the first time i didn’t tip at all. The waitress seemed to take care of everyone around us, but completely ignored us. I don’t know why but she had an attitude with us only. She asked the table across from us several times how everything was and if they needed anything. She didn’t ask us once. We had to flag her down for more fries and drink refills even when the empty plate and glass were on the edge of the table. It was the worst service I’ve had there.

Went to lunch with mom and grandma. She had crunchy shrimp and sweet potato fries. She loved it. Mom had a salad. I had a teriyaki chicken sandwich. It was good but it had a ton of sauce and it was very messy. 🙁 Fell right apart. Did like the garlic parmesan broccoli.
The waiter seemed a little distracted.

The burgers are the star, obviously. They’re big, flavorful, and customizable without turning into a whole production. Whether you go classic or try one of their more stacked creations, they come out hot, juicy, and well‑seasoned. And the bottomless fries? Still elite. Crisp, salty, and dangerously refillable.

The food was amazing as usual but Alexia was rude. She was maybe having a bad day but it wasn’t our fault. She was having a face like if people annoyed her. She never brought the fries or ask for a refill for our drinks. We said that we were ready to order at the same time we ordered our drinks and she just left without taking our order

This was a downgrade from previous experiences. Mile high mudslide pie has been replaced by a far inferior cookie dough pie… which is mostly whipped cream. Burgers were just ok.

Ordered to go earlier this week and got home and bit into my burger a couple times and realized my patty was raw on the inside. I am pregnant and had been looking forward to getting this burger for a while. I also ordered pepper jack cheese and they put on cheddar cheese. Also the onion straws and bottom bun was super soggy. I called them and explained the situation about the patty being raw and didn’t complain about the other issues I had and they promised to send me out some free burger vouchers and that they should arrive the next day or 2. The burger vouchers never came. Super disappointed. Definitely not coming back.
