Food is ok. Pretty tired of the same crap as the time They used to be time efficient but not anymore. They have so many confused kids in there you WILL be waiting. Also if they pull you to the second window for “fries* be aware that these said fries take 10-15 minutes to cook. This also is what’s wrong with the lobby. They’ll have several people standing around waiting on their stuff, coming BK up there for stuff, door dashers standing there…. I dunno their lobby reminds me of a kids birthday party. Not good for digestion.

If I could give this establishment “zero” stars, I would! Experienced a severe burn from a hot beverage through their carelessness. Had to be rushed to the ER for second degree burns. Notified both the store manager and the owner of franchise of this incident requesting compensation for my medical expenses. After 4 months of trying to seek help through the chain of command (from store manager to the corporate office), my case was closed with zero compensation, zero communication and zero apologies from ANYONE!!! They ignored me relentlessly and never filed an injury claim. McDonald’s is a vile, evil corporation who doesn’t care about their customers. Profits over ethics is their mission.

Zero stars! Never in my life have I had worse service than last night at this location. Placed a mobile order for 3 meal deals. Two mcchicken, one plain and one ketchup mustard and pickle, one McDouble. Simple right? I get my order pull over to give everyone their food and I had 3 mcchickens all with mayo and lettuce. No big deal. Things happen. I pull back around(kids in car seats so didn’t want to get get everyone out) nicely explain what happened. Handed them the receipt that had the correct listing. Pull up and get my food and now it’s three McDoubles in the bag. At this point I’m mad because I just explained it and gave the receipt to them. 3 different receipts they handed me have the correct listing on it. So I unbuckle all 3 kids and go in. Not one worker even acknowledged the register or came to help a customer. There were two other unhappy customers ahead of me. I have worked customer service and know people can be unreasonable, but they were very justified in their feelings. There manager herself was just standing there at the end of the bagging line and refused to speak to the customers or even look at them. Would not answer them when asking where their food is. One person inly needed barbecue sauce and not one worker would come get it for her. Then the manager started yelling at the customers and used the excuse that they didn’t have any trays to put one lady’s food on to explain why her order was still not ready in 30 minutes. Finally I get someone to fix my order for the third time! Explain the situation. Say I now need two mcchickens one plain and this way. Okay okay. The worker even confirmed with me feom the food line. Hands me the sandwiches, I open them up roght in front of him and the one that should be plain is mayo and lettuce filled. Now a FOURTH time I’m asking for a plain sandwich. Tbr worker says oh you wsnt it plain like nothing on it? I’ve never before heard of plain any other way. It is absolutely insane. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a completely unacceptable level of service. All the workers were just laughing and yelling at customers. The manager refused to do anything or help anyone. Zero customer service. Horrible attitudes and quality at this place. I see why with the management they have running the place.

Man… me and my wife went to this McDonald’s in the early morning when we took a break from driving and I’m going to tell you that lady in there that morning– she was working so hard in there. Brings out the trays to the people to eat, even while limping and just making sure you’re happy with your order. She was perfect. The only problem I had was the age for the senior coffee. I think they had it confused; they said the senior age was 65 for discounted coffee but it’s really 55 at most participating McDonald’s, so that’s one thing that I didn’t understand. The manager didn’t know anything about that but I’m sure the owner does. Nevertheless I definitely recommend this McDonald’s if you want good service and good food.
