01/07- We stop here on our way to Riley Hospital for Children or Indianapolis International Airport.
Each time they are fast and accurate. Whether we get breakfast, lunch or dinner the fries are hot and the meals are fresh.
It’s a midpoint between Lafayette and Indianapolis and makes for a perfect stop if you need a potty break.

This McDonald’s used to be okay, but now every time I go there is a problem. They consistently forget to give me sauces, even when I pay for them. When I do get the sauce, they seem to substitute it without even asking what I want instead. Over half of the times I’ve ordered the new hot honey, they have given me hot mustard instead. On top of that, whenever I get a shake or McFlurry it is almost never mixed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but there is nowhere to report issues on the app and this restaurant has had these problems for over a year.

I dont typically review McDonald’s being that it usually is negative and you get tired of saying rhe same ol’stuff! This location however killed it! Did a mobile curbside and service was great, food was fresh, and our large order came quickly! We’ll done! Breathe of fresh air. Thanks yall!

We stopped here at 8PM on our way through town on a roadtrip and went through the drive in, they not only got our order wrong but they were also rude. We ended up having to go into the store and tell them they messed up the order. They grabbed the food to inspect that it was indeed the wrong order, and touched it with their bare hands before passing it back to us, they remade the order and somehow still messed it up.we ordered a McDouble and they had not a clue what that was and gave us a regular kids cheeseburger…

Took forever to get through the drive thru for starters. Then had to pull up and wait for the ice coffee that ended up being the wrong flavor. Then when I started eating my bacon McGriddle, the bacon was rock hard and dry. On top of all of that, the prices at this location are higher than others in the area. Do not recommend this location at least for breakfast.

CONTINUALLY has issues with figuring out how to figure out how to read and assemble burgers even when the directions are in front of them. Called several times and the manager, Johnny, blames his front line staff instead of the people that actually make the burgers citing that they rung in the orders wrong. Called and told them for THE 4TH TIME that the order was wrong and Johnny said “I’m not dealing with this!” And handed me off to his district manager whom told me he would speak with the staff. I called the local Lebanon office to complain as well. I find it unfathomable that these folks are being paid to just throw crap on a burger and the manger just gets paid to stand around and take calls. Unfortunately there are no other local McDonalds. Night shift seems to understand how to read, so perhaps those people making the burgers during the day should cycle onto nights and learn a thing or two. Good luck with your extra pickles and extra mustard or burger with just ketchup!

We came in around 10:15. It tools about 20 minutes to receive my items. Coffee was burnt, and my egg McMuffin was burnt as well. For price paid >$12.00, I would have expected better results. Overall I continue to believe that McDonald is pricing itself out as a “value” option.

Upcharged me for a large value meal and then gave me the entirely wrong order. Handed me the meal in a bag that looked like a hobo had been using it to hold his booze. Fries were not fresh.
