McDonald’s has always been my go-to for a quick breakfast. This location on Lebanon is particularly clean, with a lot of art displayed. The restrooms are spotless, and the entire restaurant is immaculate. While I’m not a fan of the entire menu, the breakfast and coffees are absolutely wonderful. AAAA+++

We stopped at closing to get a hot coffee. This store, even at closing was a hopping place.
The employees were extremely friendly, gracious and apologetic that the food prep took a while.
I was tickled that I could still grab a coffee with extra shots of espresso at 11pm!

As of late its taken me over 15mins to get through the drive through during their slow hours while they consistently are saying sorry or that itll only be a couple more minutes while they are looking for something for another order. and on top of that they have gotten my orders wrong both times Ive been in the past month. This is getting ridiculous. The only reason I didn’t rate it lower was due to the employees being polite, but thats about the only good thing.

Not one to usually par take in complaining about food seeing as I eat about anything and usually won’t make a fuss if it’s not good but how dare this McDonald’s serve what I would consider the 8th wonder of the world aka “The Glorious McChicken” in the manner that they did, no special instructions to the order two McChickens and a large spirt easy on the ice….and yet when i unwrapped these bad cats I was distraught. NO MAYOOOO!! NO LETTUCCCEEE!!! Honestly these things shouldn’t of been eaten by an animal let alone a human yet here I am with a full belly and a dry mouth (due to no mayo) anyway they we’re pretty good without all the extra good stuff god bless

I got lost on a 14 hour journey with my phone dead in the middle and no clue where I was. I was a mess as it was later at night and I was scared and quite exhausted. I came in crying and the manager (I assume she was cause she had a blue shirt) comforted me and plugged my phone in, even offering to let me use hers to call my friend who I was on my way to. Then she let me stay and offered to give her employee meal as she brought food from home.
In the end this encounter helped me through a really rough time.
While I stayed there the kitchen hustled getting people in and out. The atmosphere was clean and in that moment I felt unbelievably lucky to of landed in such a great place at such a rough time (reviewing months later for reference this happen Dec. 2 2025)

I couldn’t tell if the store was open until I pulled in the drive thru. The folded eggs hurt my stomach so I ordered a round egg on my bagel. It felt like I was eating glass. Broken shells in my egg. The steak on the bagel was cooked on a dirty grill and you could taste it. Cheese was not melted And they said they were completely out of ice “or you are more than welcome to go home and use your own ice! so no way to wash it down. Instead I threw it up and was unable to finish my food. Waste of time and money!

I went through the drive thru and what a bunch of lovely people. From the time they took my order to the time I received my order they were spot on. They got my order right and were wonderful. I will be stopping in whenever I’m in Lebanon. Great job guys!!!

Stopped by here on the way home from a 12 hour shift. Ordered two sausage mcmuffin with egg. Sandwiches were hot and ready fast. They hit the spot and I slept for 8 straight.

I order a cookie tote cook to order, large power aid and a small coffee. The coffee was Luke warm, and the cookies were under cooked, smashed in the box. The funny thing they were nice ones on the bottom cause they were old and cold. Hard to come back when it’s the middle of the day and you are serving trash.

Restaurant extremely dirty especially the rest rooms! No tissue holder in either stall, rolls of tissue on the floor. Pee and poop in toilets in multiple stalls, pee on the floor and more… yes, this was the ladies room! Disgusting!
Young man making the fries also is the person that’s the runner to take food outside to parked vehicles. He returns to his station WITHOUT washing his hands after touching the dots as he exists and enters the restaurant l, bypassing the hand sanitizer! Total cross contamination at the highest level!
