This location was way backed up and made me and my husband come inside for our order. I witnessed 4 or 5 people have to leave without their food that they paid for and people waiting an hour and a half for their food. People were kindly waiting as staff laughed and were on their phones. I will not be coming back to this location. Our food was left out and cold, they called out 2 names at a time to figure out who’s food to put together. Lots of people were screwed over by this and time wasted.

Ordered on app 10 minutes before arriving. Got there at 12:42 1 car in the drive through. Woman was rude, Sat behind that car for 10 minutes then got told they just started my order and was asked to park in spot 1 that was 15 minutes ago. still waiting

Service is almost always good. But the food is almost always wrong. I dont understand. Ask for a plain and dry cheeseburger, They take everything off but put the onions on? Its happened multiple times, Not just once. Its very infuriating and just goes to show why I don’t eat at this place anymore. First time I’ve been here in like 2 or 3 months and my foods wrong. Quality control is fantastic.

Place is janky. Ordered 2 medium vanilla milkshakes. Was handed 2 small cups of soft serve. Manager is trash. Would rather drive all the way to broken arrow for some Dairy Queen. Don’t waste your money here.

i usually have pretty decent experiences here but this time was just gross.. i don’t even know how old the chicken patty i got was but it was almost inedible. i’ll be back because i enjoy the options and that it’s 24 hrs but it’d be nice if there was more consistency to the freshness of the food. the breading was separated from the chicken

Food tasted great. Everything was hot and fresh. Customer service was great as well. They made sure to include the sauces and napkins and were friendly about helping. The presentation of the food was great. The only thing that was negative about the store is that it wasn’t the cleanest. There was ketchup all over the counters. The drink machine where you touch it was filthy. One of the employees just began to clean the tables.and there wasn’t really anyone inside of the restaurant.

I just can’t put 5 stars to jb. No offense it just is what it is. Not saying it’s bad, the foods always pretty mid but those 2 for 1.69 tacos are the greasy fire that feeds the fat guy soul in everyone. Eat it,its goood. Just do it. You know you want it. Also since I’m writing this. Hey bring back the melty chicken potato sandwich that was on the late night menu. Please do that I will come more. Do it.

Went through during regular drive thru hours but was told I’d have to come inside because they were “backed up” with door dash orders. Since when do you not take care of customers that are right in front of you?

I was in the drive thru for 15min with lots of cars behind me, when i tried to order the hit kept getting my order wrong then told me i had to wait till his computer rebooted to pay! That was another 15min, then when i paid they made me pull to the side and wait 15 more minutes for my food, not to mention they didn’t give me ice in my drink because he said “i gotta go yo the back to fill it” and he handed me my food with an attitude like i did something wrong lol terrible service, this is my last time at this location i learned my lesson
