Took too long for an online order that was placed online then I still had to wait. Fries look old and taste burnt. I dont know if this is garlic parmesan or lemon pepper.

So always check the order against the receipt. Because something is always wrong: missing items and wrong items is the most common experience I have at Buffalo Wild Wings.
The staff used to check it in front of you during pick up but I guess they stopped that practice. Too bad because it clearly needs to be reimplemented.
We picked up our order and checked once back in the car. Good thing too because the salad was missing. Went back inside to get the order fixed. Rep apologized but then said it would be a 5-minute wait because they “hadn’t made it before.” No problem.
Got my salad and left.
Then upon returning home, we realized they messed up more of the order.
Missing brownie. And no Mild sauce.
Ugh. We’re already home, hungry and not interested in driving all the way back.
Anyway to get a refund on the missing items?
I tried to call as soon as we got home. The phone picked up after a quick pre recorded intro answer but then nobody spoke. I could hear them talking to customers and ambient noises of the restaurant in the background. I said Hello loudly a few more time and realized it was either intentional or they didn’t realize they’d answered the phone…
So I called back.
This time I waited on hold for 4 minutes. No answer.
Can anyone fix this for us please?

EVERY SINGLE TIME… EVERY TIME I ORDER TO GO I ALWAYS GET MY FOOD 15 minutes or more from the time it says. Today it said 730 why am I just now leaving at 7:50!!! Like it never fails. And I’m sure you get more fries or tator tots if you eat there. Cause that’s a small portion as well. So again you don’t get a lot of fries, wedges or tator tots on to go orders as you would anywhere else you go and the wait time is crazy. The wait time y’all need to fix that frfr…. Add on: I’ve made it home and my chicken is hard, old, and overcooked!!! I’m so pist and it’s this location specifically!!! I’m done. I wipe my hands from y’all cause hell nall I will not spend another dime!!! Ridiculous

The restaurant is cool, sports bar vibes. The food was okay tho. We enjoyed the promo of getting one burger and one free but honestly they were a bit dry. The meat was missing salt and the burger could have used a bit more sauces (ketchup/mustard). Nothing we couldn’t fix but I was expecting tastiness at the first bite. Overall the food was okay.

Had worst experience ever with this place, never coming back. We had a waitress named lyssa, she is the best in providing worst customer service, we ordered thai curry and it came dry, i know its not made by her but she can ask the kitchen to make my order right or do it again instead she chose to pick an argument with us by telling thats how it is made, the most frustrating part was her attitude.

The worst experience overall ever on a regular Tuesday night (no games or concert night)!!! Service was extremely bad, only 1 waitress for the whole 15 table area, wings were bad with very little sauce and it took forever to get everything served, celery came out when we got our to go boxes lmao…It took them about 20 minutes to get our check. And we had to leave cash to pay cuz they wouldn’t come take our payment in about 25 minutes or more. We just left cash on the table and left… I always eat at hooters or Wingstop which I do recommend, good service and good food at a reasonable serving time.

At 1:30 am today just literally three minutes ago I try to place an order for to go. I don’t want a dining in and they told me the dine in is available but takeaway is not. I’m not sure if this is a smart strategy or a stupid one.
It should be the opposite dining is not available and takeaway is available because you know they shutting down they want to clean up but takeaway is not available and dining is available is very stupid from this big company

I understand there are alot of parties here but that is no reason to treat your customers like crap. The host is crazy rude. Threw my chips and salsa on the table. Our waiter was going to move us tables due to it being busy. She proceeds to tell him he cannot do that. Isn’t that some way to end a graduation night?

I arrived to an empty bar, but a busy restaurant. It took more than 30 minutes to get my food. The wedges were hot and fresh, but the tenders were cold and barely tossed in any sauce. This is not my first bad experience at this location, begs to question why I don’t find another BDubs, even if I have to drive a bit further. No excuse for cold food and poor service!
