We had been here several on several different occasions but THIS night was DEFINITELY THE LAST!! because this night was the night the manager who THOUGHT HE KNEW EVERYTHING came RIGHT up to us just a FEW minutes AFTER we were seated in the bar area (as we ALWAYS ARE) because there’s NEVER anyone there around us…spread out my service dogs mat and set up her registered water bowl and got her settled in so we could enjoy a relaxing evening together..something we don’t get many of..seeing as my husband is an executive chef himself and works very long hours and we just wanted some peace and quiet…
BUT within FIVE MINUTES the manager came storming up to us stating that my service dog is NOT ALLOWED to drink water INSIDE HIS building AND HAD to go outside to drink her water EVERY TIME she wanted a drink of water!!
I told him that was absurd and that he couldn’t just make up the rules..he ran away from me immediately as soon as I pulled out her service dog license and registration and card with the number for him to call and VERIFY THAT HE WAS CLEARLY WRONG!!
I carry numerous cards to hand out for occasions such as this for people who are clearly uneducated about the rules such as this but he kept running further into the other part of the dining room where the guests were… trying to make himself look busy as ..
if he were bussing off CLEAN tables
I followed him into the dining room.. asking him why he wanted my service dog to go out into the cold to drink water.. if he wasn’t going to go out into the cold to drink water? (it was December then…it has taken me this long to post about it because of my PTSD…I HAVE BEEN THIS UPSET ABOUT IT!)
BTW.. I did tell him also…
I worked for Applebee’s (not ANYWHERE around here (thank God!) for 22 years and this is how they re-pay loyal hard-working veterans of a company that is obviously struggling and going downhill!?!?

Tiffany was fantastic, polite, prompt and I loved loved her bag trick, will absolutely send people here. Being a local we enjoy this restaurant more than most of the other local ones. Still love the 2 for 25$, one of the reasons I love it here.

Ordered the penne with shrimp and sausage with extra sauce. There was no sausage. No extra sauce. Just extra pepper. Don’t bother following the link they send. It just wants you to create an account on another site. Sigh

Went there late with my band mates (not too awful long before closing) and we received amazing service from our waitress Tiffany. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to the table and never made us feel rushed. On top of great service the food was great too. That sampler was exactly what I didn’t know I needed right then. In summery, we will definitely be back.

This store is off the main drag for pigeon forge but that’s no reason no to drive over! Excellent food. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Fair prices! Stopped in Thursday at 12:30 for lunch and had zero wait time for anything. Every dish we got was delicious! Server was attentive but not overbearing. Come by next time you’re in town!

Our server, Erica, was absolutely great! The food was good and we gor it pretty fast too. The bacon cheddar chicken sandwich is amazing! Add some ranch to elevate it! Truly…do not sleep on the chicken sandwich! The wonton tacos appetizer is another great grab!

Walked in and there was nobody at the door, a lady came around the corner and said she’d be with us in a minute so we waited.. she never came to seat us so we just went and sat in the bar area. When we ordered drinks we were ready to order food, when we told our server she responded “I’ll be back in a minute” in a rude tone. When she came back to take our order after everyone that came in after us were seated AND SERVED, we ordered fine, no problem there, but when we got our food there were multiple things missing. I ordered the chicken parmesan pasta which is supposed to come with a bread stick, which they totally forgot. My dad ordered an appetizer platter and got pico on the side with his quesadillas, they totally forgot that. THEN my dad went to use the restroom…. They have RUGS in front of the toilets in the mens bathroom…. The hand sanitizer was BLACK and smelled awful. The music was absolutely terrible too. DO NOT COME HERE. would rate 0 stars if possible.

Erica the bartender is our favorite. She remembered us and our order which is so nice for a tourist town. The food is very good and so are the prices. Definitely will be back.

By now, this location should know that their clients are the majority tourist! This requires more attention to detail and great service! This place is horrible the service. We arrived at a moment where there was no rush at all in this restaurant, 15/20 passed and we were not served anything not even water. We were not being welcomed and we sat in the bar area and there was no one there. A big party 8/10 people came after us and the bartender jumped our turn and went to that table to take care of them first. I called the manager and told: I hope I am assisted as the order customer’s arrived, cause I’m here first than them. The bartender came to me saying sorry twice. Like nowadays people say sorry even for being alive. I said you don’t need to say sorry to me, I’m here first- what are you sorry about!? Manager took care of us- appetizers came with hair! I’d never go back to this trashy service place. Applebee’s has a partnership with NFL and they could not put the NFL game for me to have a pleasant time there at least! TERRIBLE

My wife and I enjoy Applebees. The closest to where lived closed, after the pandemic it was never the same. We’re on vacation and we decided to visit this Applebees for lunch. It was not busy at all. The restaurant was clean as was the restrooms. We ordered the lunch burger and fries. Our meals were nice and hot and the toppings were fresh. This was a great experience. I can highly recommend this restaurant at this location.
