Only gave 2 stars for food because mt boyfriend enjoyed his burger. Service was slow & it was like he didn’t want to be there. Wings & fries were cold. They were out of coleslaw & he offered me something in place half way through my table eating. Pictured cost $27! I had 1 wing & 2 boneless. My daughter didnt finish her kids meal. Our bill was $75. Will NOT return. Should have checked reviews before dining at this location.

Food was great, best Buffalo Wild Wings staff I’ve seen in my life. These people take pride in their jobs, while dining there an altercation where I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a dining staff be more correct. Even so they were verbally accosted and handled it with great honor and humility. After handling this altercation perfectly they quickly rushed to our table with refills and in good spirits to check on us. This place is great.

This is a reminder to myself to never return here. Place was less than a 3rd full, we waited far too long for drinks, when they came, I was given a Guinness, not the ipa I had ordered. We were told the bartender had called off and they were understaffed. We didn’t get our appetizer until our food was brought out and we reminded the waitress we had ordered one, as well as the “basket” of wedges (picture attached). Our waters never came, I had to go up to the bar for them. Lastly, the bill wasn’t itemized, so I have no idea what we were actually charged for, but at that point I just wanted to get out as we had been held hostage far too long.
What the hell happened to this place? BW’s was awesome during college, always packed, a bit pricey, but the service and food made up for it. It’s like they aren’t even trying anymore. I’m sure someone will reach out about how they can “make it right for me” or some bs. How about the owners stop with the excuses and get to actually improving the place.
Our server was polite, and probably had too much going on, which is understandable, I blame whatever’s going on at this place solely on management and whoever owns the place.

This was actually one of the worst experiences I’ve had out to eat. My husband and I never go out to eat anymore, and decided to treat ourselves before we have our baby. We were literally 2 of less than 10 people there. The employees preferred to goof off with each other the whole time. Our server was the bartender and pretty much the whole time was either joking with employees who were sat in the booths or in the bathroom on a phone call. The food took so long, again wild for the fact that there was less than 10 people there. The mozzarella sticks were overcooked. The wings I will say were good, but overall by the time we even got our actual food we were just over being there as by then it had been almost an hour and a half. Personally, I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I sat at the bar and waited for at least 10 minutes before somebody came to take my drink order. There were maybe three other tables sat during this time and two people at the bar. There was at least six staff members working and they were all in the kitchen, laughing and having a very loud conversation. When the bartender finally came out, she was incredibly rude, very short with me and acted like she had something better to do and serve the three people that were sitting at the bar. My food order took forever. All I ordered was salad, wings and onion rings. The wings were asked to be expected.. The onion rings came out, burned and cold. I don’t expect much from a culinary perspective at Buffalo wild wings, the bar is so low at places like this. My wing order was incorrect. The salad was edible only because I was starving. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The bartender again disappeared for Long amounts of time. When I asked for my check, She very rudely told me that she was in the middle of something and that she would get to it as soon as she could. I do not recommend this place, there Or at least two other restaurants right next to this Buffalo wild wings. Unless you really wanna watch a game, I would not go to this establishment. I’m hoping that I do not get food poisoning in the morning. Service was horrible, food was far below average and came nowhere near meeting my expectations. The atmosphere is nice though. It’s well lit and there are a lot of TVs.

This location is okay. I feel bad bcuz they must never have any help the staff was friendly and the cashier tried hard to multitask. The food was 3 out of 5, my wing order was wrong and my ranch nearly spilled in the bag. But maybe it’s better during the daytime!

Had dinner here at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. Our server AJ, was Awesome! Very attentive, great customer service, kept checking on our table in a timely manner, refreshed our drink’s as needed. Made sure we had everything we needed. Very polite. Thank’s, again, AJ!

Not impressed. My husband got all you can eat wings and I got the new beer cheese Philly steak. Mine was so extremely salty and meat portion size for that sandwich was small. Menu is too limited for me and if you do a small menu, everything should be on point. Appetizer selection…meh. Same old same old. Sticking to Winking Lizard.

Food was alright. Service was awful. We walked in and got told “I’ll be with in 1 second” 3 different times by 2 different workers and proceeded to wait 5 minutes and trust me they weren’t busy at all. We also waited 30 minutes for are mediocre food, ordered fries, told the waiter about them and never got them and watched my dads beer sit at the bar for 5 minutes. we also watched 2 different families walk out because it took over 10 minutes to seat them. We truly felt like an inconvenience to the workers. No sense of urgency. Will most likely never be back.
