First, I wanna give a huge shout out to Jose. Jose is a young man who was working the front seating area, register, bussing tables, sweeping the floor, refreshing waters, he never stops working or stand around… This young man is amazing with a happy smile on his face the whole time he worked. In today’s generation, that’s almost unheard of. Please, management, recognize the worker you have and give him a raise or bonus.
I was here on 2/1/2026 12:40 check 263167145. I’m not sure who was cooking because there were a lot of people back there but our food was amazing! The hash browns were crispy – exactly how I asked and never get, the chicken fried steak was amazing. Not overcooked like normal. I don’t even know the words to describe how delicious it was. I don’t normally like eggs but I ate every single bite. AMAZING.
With that said, our waitress must have had a rough go of it. Horrible service. No drink refills, when talking to her to ask for more napkins, she WALKED away while I was asking. Just a bad vibe with horrible service. I hope things get better for you, Ruth.

Melanie was an amazing server at IHOP! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Our food came out fast, our drinks were always refilled, and she had such a positive attitude that made the experience even better. You can tell she really cares about customers. Thank you, Wilber! You are an excellent waiter and it was a pleasure to have you serve us. You are prompt, courteous, and spot-on. I had asked for a glass of milk with my meal and he brought it to me with my food, excellent customer service Wilber!
My husband got a brunch and he believes that it should’ve had lettuce and tomato. But it did not come with either of those. He said his fries were hot but his mayo tasted sour.
I got the toast and fruit. The avocado toast came with roasted cherry and I did not care for that at all. I took the tomatoes off and my toast was great. The fruit was perfectly ripened and delicious. My milk was nice and cold.
We sat next to 2 constantly laughing young women, one of which was turning 81 soon. Their laughs were so contagious that my husband and I were laughing too!

It had been at LEAST 2 YEARS since the last time I ate at an IHOP… Sadly it turned out SUPER disappointing from our server being serious & almost cold, to getting barley warm coffee, the silverware has dry marks on it that I wiped all 3 & showed my friend the difference. Asked for “Super crispy bacon”..as you can see, not only is it NOT crunchy…all the fat is still white I mentioned it when the server brought it to the table “I’m sorry the bacon isn’t crispy though” she said nothing & went about her way. My friend got the wrong omelet & the meat inside was burnt! Shared some with me so I can also see/ try myself lots of burst bits all over like no one has washed the pan they’ve been cooking on ALL DAY. Honestly…..Terrible. After working at casino restaurants for almost a decade….we were very unpleasantly surprised by all this.
