As I visited the green river location in Evansville, Indiana on my lunch break, I had ordered the Freddy’s double bacon cheeseburger and a large chili cheese fry. Frequently ordering the two of them I know what changes I need to make as far as ingredients on both items, While I was ordering, I stated that I would like to have no onions on my Chili cheese Fries or burger due to an allergy. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-through I received my food as soon as the bag was handed to me I could smell the onions. At that time, I honked my horn to get the Workers attention. The cashier according to the receipt name was Devin. Politely, I stated that my fries were made incorrect that they were not supposed to have onion on them and due to the way that they were packaged and thrown into a small bag sideways as I pulled them out Chili dropped all over my uniform. At that time, I stated to him that I had asked for no onions, and he proceeded to begin arguing instantly with me on how his screen shows that he needs to add onions if he wants onions otherwise it does not come with onions when I in fact, know that chili cheese fries are served with onions. Having an onion allergy is why I asked for no onions on both my burger and my fries. I then proceeded to ask him to dispose of the fries that were made incorrectly and he stated to me that he cannot take them back. I told him to throw them away that I did not want them in my vehicle, causing a bigger mess than what had already happened as well with onions being on them and me having an onion allergy he copped an attitude yanked the fries out of my hands and then said “Look I didn’t sign up for this shit.” When my fries were remade and returned back to me by the manager on duty, who did not apologize or say his name, I received only a half order of large fries. Now as a restaurant server as well as supervisor, this was very poor behavior on both the employee and the manager On shift. It never hurts to admit that you may have made a mistake and that things happen and can be ficxed. The way that I was treated as a customer was not necessary and very disappointing.

I like the fact that they offer a lettuce wrap option here however my fries were stone cold and hard as a rock. I also asked for no ice in my drink and it looks like they loaded it down. It was already pretty watery by the time I got home. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The kid taking orders and waiting on you at the drive thru was the only good thing about this visit. I had a long day at work and I just wanted to pick up a good hamburger and go home. Opened container only to find NO TOP BUN on my cold hamburger sandwich that I waited in line over 25 min to get! Really!!

Dude, I loved this to actual bits, we got ice cream after celebrating one of me friends birthdays, it was so good. The music is fire too. I like the classical atmosphere, definitely fun i recommend… I ate the ice cream out reaaaaallll good

Excellent service during a dinner rush. The petite blonde manager seemed to be on the spot when needed the food was excellent and the ordering process was not only smooth and speedy but the the cashier was refreshing! Thanks Freddy’s for helping my family and I have great supper! You guys rock!

Oh my, what a Wonderful Place the East Side Freddie’s is. I know just about everyone there by name, and I am always greeted with a smiling face. The people that work there are always in a good mood, and I see why, smelling those delicious burgers all day!! The desserts are awesome too!! This particular day I tried I think was #4, the Patty Melt on Rye. Really good, but the #2 Bacon Cheeseburger remains my favorite! You just gotta try the Brownie Concrete, Super Delicious!!!
Just went to Freddie’s again on Sunday morning and had the Chili Cheese Dog with chili cheese fries and Mom got the Grilled Chicken. Totally Awesome Place! Barely got a place to sit as it was a busy day for Freddy!!

The food took a long time to come out. They seemed to be pretty unorganized. They also forgot to make my milkshake with my meal. After asking about my milkshake the lady at the cash register told me that she would make it for me. Somehow they made two milkshakes. The turtle milkshake was very good. I only drank one of them. The jalapeño burger and fries were also delicious. I would try this place again. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out.

Quick and easy ordering. Fresh food quickly served. Overall cleanliness is lacking a little. All tables were dirty so we asked for one to be cleaned. The girl taking out ordering was more concerned about talking fast and entering the order so speedy that she sacrificed customer service and friendliness. When calling out order numbers was yelling way too loudly. Food was great! Overall a decent place.

This location has really fallen in quality. EXTREMELY LONG wait times (only 3 cars in the drive thru), forgot what my order was, just wanted to socialize with each other instead of tend to customers. This place used to be so good. Last time I’ll ever come back.

Burgers are great if you like thin smashed burgers on a fresh soft bun. FRIES they were hot and crunchy like potato stix. We tried a custard concrete mixer, caramel crunch it was good but the crunch bits kept getting stuck in the staw. Good fast food and dining room was was clean with just a few tables that needed cleaned. A clean dining room, clean beverage area,clean restrooms, and trash area not dirty and overflowing are very important to us and these issues all were ok at the time we were there. Staff was very good and they were busy.
