Sonic night crew off Meridian, I came February 2 around 930 pm for an online purchase. Who works there with curly black long hair? They need to be fired. I found their hair midway through my super sonic burger. Who checks the sauce cups? They need to be warned. I found a poked hole on the top of my ranch cup. In the age of drugging people, this is UNACCEPTABLE. Simple. I am livid!

My husband and I went to Sonic on meridian on Friday. We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a number 2 no pickles with tots. We waited at the window for about between 5 and 10 min. When our food finally was given to us we parked and went to eat. My husband’s burger was loaded with pickles but other then that it was ok. My chicken sandwich was a different story. I looked at it and it looked like someone sat on it. I was trying to give it a chance but the chicken was as flat as the bun. It was over cooked and dry. I use to come to this sonic as a treat. But I haven’t been here in months due to food issues in the past. I really wish they would have fixed the issues. I don’t plan on going back. It’s sad I really love the crispy chicken sandwich and LG banana milkshake. I don’t recommend this Sonic. To long of wait time and smashed food.

Had a craving for Sonic. We were able to pull into a spot to park and order. We ordered a couple of footlong All American dogs, tots, fries, a strawberry shake, and a Reeses peanut butter cup Sonic Blast. Ordering was quick and easy. The food was delivered to the car pretty quickly. The food was alright but not really hot. The strawberry shake was more vanilla than strawberry, but the Sonic Blast was fantastic!

Inattentive is the best word here. It’s 8 pm, I’m the only car here. How do you give the wrong sauce and wrong flavored milkshake on a single entree order? It’s clearly spelled out on the screen, on the receipt. The order was obviously understood, so why the gap in putting the right things in the bag?
It’s a sonic, you know what the food will be like, but the handful of times we’ve been here it’s been disappointingly consistent in never quite getting the order right, no mater how basic the order.

Food was good. Inexpensive. The shakes were really good, was wanting more when I was done and I don’t usually finish my shakes. Food was good and hot. Good customer service. Will be back

Literally waited a half hour for one burger and fries. Had to press the button to get the employees attention and then magically my food was out in 30 seconds. Then she swore it just came up and was hot. Food was cold and gross. There goes $20 and wasted calories on a crappy dinner

Horrible experience. Lots of fast food places always get plain burgers wrong so we specifically asked no sauces and no veggies could have sworn we heard the lady laugh so when we got our food there was sauce and veggies in it they also forgot our sauce for the French toast and no way to go back since I’m visiting from out of state this happened around 2:02 pm

We ordered our food and got our drinks promptly, told to wait while our food was brought out. 10 minutes later the employee comes to the window asking about our order. Apparently our order had been given to someone else. We waited another 15-20 minutes to recieve the rest of our order. In total, we were there for almost 35-40 minutes for 2 buger meals.

Ordered a foot long hot dog with chilli and cheese… and it was gross. Also ordered the number 10 the chicken bites were cold, and the tots were fresh so I guess that’s a plus. Seems like the night shift crew nobody really cares, seen one of the workers just standing there on her phone… anyways the tots were fresh!!

Ice cream machine is down on a Monday at 3pm? When ordering the incompetent worker states they don’t serve “sonic blasts” responding after our order “what is that” after explaining she wants to say the ice cream machine is down… STOP GIVING JOBS TO PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO WORK AND DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK.
