BEWARE BOTH SIDES ARE ONE WAY! Accidently came in the exit thinking it was coffee stand style since there was no sign saying Do Not Enter. Otherwise it was INSANELY CHEAP for a local place w/inflation! Amazing customer service, the employee helped me decide food and even helped me find a lookout over the ocean. All in all the food wasn’t anything outstanding but it was good and I’d go here over McDonald’s anyday.

Bomb drive-thru burger joint in Port Angeles. One phrase to describe Frugal’s – cheaper but tastier than national fast food burger chains. Where else can you find a combo for under $10 today? Within this sleepy town, this was the only drive-thru with a line although the wait wasn’t too long. I thought Frugal’s was the best meal during my trek out to Olympic National Park and will be back next time I’m in town.

This place is a staple now. If we don’t want to cook, frugals, if we want a great burger with epic service, frugals, if we need a quick lunch on our way to an adventure, frugals. This place has become one of my all time favorite local spots. My wife and I moved here in August of 25. And I gotta say there isnt much id go back to after the first time trying it, but frugals isnt one of those spots. Thanks for making a burger kid happy.

Frugals is a classic. I went here a ton while in college back in 07. It’s the first place I want to stop and eat while going through Port Angeles. My husband got to have them for the first time today! Mushroom Swiss burger (add bacon) and a double cheeseburger. Don’t forget the seasoned fries!

I have been wanting to eat at Frugals for some time so today was the day. I ordered the red pepper chipolte bacon burger and some cheese curds. Ordering was easy, staff was polite, and I did not wait long even though the lines were loaded up as always. When I got home I dove in. The burger was delicious and easily the best one I have had locally. If you are thinking about it…just do it!!!

This art Deco style drive-thru only burger joint is one of the first places you’ll see on entering Port Angeles. Good luck waiting in line, because everybody loves it – it’s not uncommon for lines to stretch well up the street, but it’s worth the wait. Make sure you try the fries first, because they’re best when hot and crispy! Also try their wild variety of milkshakes, which flavors change with the season! They’re what Dick’s and Five Guys wish they were!
