This is my third time ordering this drink, and the second time I’ve been let down. First time? Beautiful—looked just like the picture. Last two times? Sad, strawberry-less imposters. I even asked the employee if there were strawberries in it and she hit me with the ‘they’re in there, you just can’t see them’ line. Ma’am, is this a magic trick or a drink? Store owner—please train your team. On making drinks, on customer service, and maybe on how to spot an invisible strawberry.

The person in charge at this restaurant isn’t preparing the DoorDash orders. It’s honestly crazy They keep saying the orders don’t show up in the system, and because they don’t want to work, they make me cancel the orders myself. If I were the owner of this restaurant, I wouldn’t keep this employee here for even a single day.

This is the old classic fast food restaurant where they used to skate to your stall but I’m sure in 2026, liability is an issue so the skating is not a thing anymore. The food seems to be a step up from most fast food places.

I came here yesterday evening for their 50% off milkshakes promotion after 5 pm. After walking in and ringing a button (there is no one ready to take your order and you have to wait for them to come out), I waited about 10 minutes before I interrupted someone that was carrying food outside to ask them about the promo. Nope, they said there was no such promo. So I was walking out when I found the promo. Again I pressed their button, and again I waited – this time about 10-15 minutes before the same person walked out. I showed her the screenshot, and again she goes back to check with staff. Yes, I had to wait another 10+ minutes again for a third time before having the chance to place my order. No apologies, no “sorry for the wait” – even though it had been at least 20 minutes since I had first walked in. At that point I just left.

I should also add, there were two other parties in the dining room at the same time. One simply wanted mayonnaise, and were made to wait around 15 minutes for it, after which they were told they didn’t have any. Another had walked in because they weren’t sure their app. order had gone through – and yes, they had to wait as long as I did just to find out whether their order had been placed.

One more thing, this appeared to be a management issue – for one, not training your staff on a nationwide promotion. But more importantly, the staff was actually working hard on orders, just apparently severely understaffed. I left feeling sorry for them and not wanting to add to their work – that’s why I left without ordering after waiting 30 minutes. Also, this is the second poor experience I’ve had at this location (thought I’d give them another try in case they had had an “off” day the first time around) in as many visits, hence my one star review. This is, I think, my first one star review on Google – something I take rather seriously. But in this case it is well deserved. Congratulations Sonic for the ignominy.

I am sitting here at the moment in my car and I was really thinking of, if I do this review. But I have to, because I have time. I have time because of not eating my burger and sides. This is the worst Sonic experience ever! I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. This bacon looks like charcoal! The beef? Same! This is crazy… chili cheese fries? Where the hell is the cheese sauce? And my grape slush with nerds? I don’t see any nerds? And even the cup was dirty and it made a mess in my cupholder. The photo I made was after wiping of. But I hope you can imagine. How can a restaurant fail like this one? This is ridiculous! Never again!

So it was a nightmare when I first got there. 3 different times I had to go inside to fix issues and the employee proceeded to argue with me and laugh at me so I asked for the manager who originally helped me, and both the manager and the girl came out and fixed the problem and comped me my drinks for the inconvenience. That’s how you handle customer service issues!! Thank you Carlos and April for being the best ever and treating customers the way they should be treated! This is our fav sonic location and cause of this, will stay our fav spot!!!! ❤️

My husband noticed a special promotion—Sonic’s 2024 Summer Shake event, where milkshakes were half price after 7 PM (normally $6.99, now $3.49). Plus, during June 2024, fries were only $1 (down from $4.39). Being a fry lover, he ordered four servings of fries, two milkshakes, and a sundae and these were just $12.76!! What a great deal and experience.

My daughter Jasmine is missing from Nashville Tennessee and today is her last day beanie California and she wanted me to try the cranberry lemonade which was very sweet but also really delicious I’ve never tried it before because we don’t have a sonics in North Hollywood but she absolutely loved the chili dogs

Ive been to several locations, HB is the worst as they mess up every order, pre-order whether drive through or pick lane never works, this location is an absolute failure compared to even Las Vegas or Pahrump. This location should be ashamed as they have no work ethic or integrity every time ive ordered.
