One of my favorite locations I’ve been coming here for 15 years and they always make it fresh especially the fries and sometimes they carry the birthday cake for $30 in the freezer if the manager is working . The steak egg cheese bagel was made excellent this morning and by using the mobile app it was only $2

This was the second time we were at this location. The first time we were visiting the worlds largest gift shop that does not have a bathroom down the streent when our soon to be four year old needed to use the bathroom. When we arrived the bathroom was being cleaned yet they allowed my son in as they could tell it was an emergency.
Fast forward 7 years and we had a long day going around Vegas and needed something quick. We came back to this locaiton and got some food. The service was great and friendly. The food was McDonald’s good.
The only thing is there was a lot of homeless people and beggers around this place. They flocked to our car and to us, this was a little unsettling.
Overall this was great for a late night meal we needed after a long day.

This store is not worth coming to this place is terrible. The service sucks the people are rude and the food looks absolutely horrible and dose not taste good… the people here are rube and are here just for a pay check but dose not care how people feel or think or even take to time to have pride in what they do…

We are in Vegas for a youth softball tournament, family of 4. This McDonalds is close to our hotel so perfect for early morning games. We don’t eat pork and no joke, asking for a breakfast food at McDonald’s without pork is such a cluster. EVERY McDonald’s, not just this one. Anyway, we get our order and check, things look good but as we’re driving away I realize there are TWO napkins. 2 orders of pancakes, 6 hashbrowns, 2 breakfast sandwiches and we get TWO napkins. Whatever, headed to Starbucks next and get some there. 2nd day (last day I’ll ever go to this location) we order the same thing and NO napkins so I get out and walk in. It takes me 2 minutes to get someone to hand me some napkins. There are 2 employees in the dining area – dealing with a homeless person but one of them could have grabbed some napkins for me. The homeless guy wasn’t even being confrontational/physical so it’s not like 1 couldn’t handle it. Plus there was a male guest helping. Anyway – we drive away, start eating our food and the breakfast “sandwiches” are a biscuit and cheese. NO EGGS!! Come on – why is it so hard to understand egg and cheese only sandwich?!?! Also worth adding, both days we were asked to pull forward and wait in the lot so we don’t ruin their drive thru times.

I’m 60 years old and I don’t know how to use the kiosk properly! I ask could I please place my order at the register, the lady said no! I said well I’m paying cash for my food so why can’t place my order with you at the register? She replied you can call corporate! I just walked out and left! I feel like this is no way to treat customers at your establishment, especially when your business is there to make money!

This McDonalds is the best when making food! Today was the day to put a great review because, this nice lady was very nice to talking to me who works here. The nice man also was nice to me too. I will always be back at this location.

I have ordered from this McDonalds several times. The young people working there are rude with no customer service skills. Multiple times in ordering whether on line or through the drive through there were items missing from the order. Breakfast items sitting on the warmer burnt and old.
This Mcdonalds needs to be revamped. This is a shame.

waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line for a mobile order only for them to tell me that they don’t see my order. then after back and forth they tell me they don’t have the meat for my burger. veryyyyyyyyyyyyyy inconvenient and aggravating.
