First of all, their food is always on point and delicious. I get the Cobb salad at least once per week because it is by far the best around. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Carl , a gentleman on the management team of Art and Jake’s, who went above and beyond for me this evening. I ordered my salad via door dash and needed to add an item after the order went through. I was out of luck to get anything added due to normal corporate policies of Art and Jake’s and DoorDash. Carl went out of his way to help me get what I needed . I am even more thankful that he helped me right before closing time as I know everyone is eager to get home . It’s so nice to know people still care about customer service and appreciate customers that frequently spend money at this location. Thank you Carl for helping with what may just be a minuscule thing for you , but immensely means something to me. Thank you for being so awesome and helpful!!

The staff was great. The food was awesome! I’ve probably seen this place a hundred times, but for some reason we never tried it. Pretty unfortunate for me, maybe not for you, if you’re reading this. All I can say is, you’ve got to try it. What we had was impressive and their menu has a lot to consider. From what I saw on other tables, everything looks great. I’ll definitely be back.
Update: Still AWESOME!!! Today, 7/22/25, we made it back. Dion, our server was outstanding. Very friendly and eager to give recommendations. The Chicken Bella was unbelievable, I’ll surely have it again. The Rattlesnake Pasta is also an outstanding dish. I’d recommend either one for anyone that loves food. The French Onion Soup was delicious and the side salad was perfect. If you’re thinking about coming here and haven’t ever been, STOP thinking about it and GO!!! You’ll be very thankful and likely wonder why you’ve never been here before.

This was one of the worst carryout experiences I have ever had. The Bavarian pretzels were rubbery and chewy, with very little salt or butter. I honestly would have had better luck with frozen pretzels from the grocery store. The chicken tenders and fries were just as disappointing as the pretzels.
The soup was advertised as stuffed pepper soup, but it had the thin consistency of plain tomato soup, with very little rice or beef. The most unacceptable item, however, was the village salad. The cucumbers and tomatoes were clearly not fresh and tasted as though they were several days old.
Overall, I spent $50 on what felt like reheated leftovers. This was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to this establishment.

We have always loved Art & Jakes. Food is always good (although my burger was not medium rare like I requested but still tasty) but the server Dion was exceptional. What an attentive young man from the moment we sat down. He has the personality that all servers should have but many do not. What a wonderful asset to this location. Kudos Dion.

This has been our go to place for years. Even when it’s busy you can get a table pretty quick and the food is consistent. On my last visit I ordered the nacho supreme. To my surprise, it is now half the size as it used to be, barely any chicken and very little cheese. I asked the waitress what happened and she said the owners are getting cheap. This is how places can go downhill quick. Fix it now before it’s too late!
