This place was absolutely disgusting. If I had not already paid for my food, I would not have eaten here. Chairs were ripped. Literally EVERY table in the place was dirty. The trash was over flowing. Numbers had been left at tables that had long ago been empty. The drink station was trashed and had no ice. When they were asked for ice, they said they ran out. It was so nasty. The guy didn’t even want to bring our order to the table even though table had been Indicated. He just stood at the counter yelling my name. Go somewhere else. This place is gross.

Would be 4-5 stars bc everything else is always good (and the delivery is always quick but that’s on DoorDash not this store) but almost every time I order a 2-pack of pies they somehow don’t read their own order print outs correctly, and only put 1 pie in the order. Usually I’m ordering multiple 2-packs of which I might receive half. Tonight they missed a whole 2-pack entirely.

ALWAYS check your bag before you leave. Long wait times. Inefficient work flow. Asking customers to pull over into a designated spot to wait for their food even though there’s no one in the drive-through cheating on the drive-through times is the very definition of a poorly managed business.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I ordered a double quarter pounder with extra pickles and extra mustard i got 2 pickles no onions what so ever and more mayo then I requested and on top of that I have already seen a customer and a manager get into over the customer order being wrong not once but twice and the manager calling him a idiot and a moron because his order was wrong and to top that off I watched a old man stand at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for a large sweet tea and there have been other customers as well waiting for a long time for food and having orders that are wrong so I will save u the trouble and tell u DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The food is horrible and apparently the workers dont know how to make food properly. I will not come back here EVER!!!!

Went here last night with my family and our burgers were not even cooked. They were completely raw and still cold. They gladly remade them, but two people out of our group had already taken bites and chewed and spit them out. That is a huge health concern.

I had a order I placed on the mobile app prior to 10 am however when I got there was told by a Asst manager who wasnt the friendliest named Maria that I was charged but since it was technically 10:31 I couldn’t get it and my money would ho back on my card in 3-5 days , then the Manager named Thomas took over the situation and truly was amazing he was empathetic and fixed everything I got my breakfast order as well as a friendly smile and Great conversation from him with a simple explanation of the a
Mobile app. I truly think that there should be more managers like Thomas . If I hadn’t encountered his conversation in the incident I would have truly left Maria with 0 stars , she was not manager material or personable whatsoever then as I stated Thomas the store manager took control ans made me the customer happy by making my 2 breakfast order and doing it with a smile and pleasure , thank you and kudos to him !

Twice in 6 months nearly to date.

Very disappointed. Everyone had cold food due to having to bring burger back for refund and remake.

Every time I go here always a problem waited for food almost 30 mins our order was never that big or should have taken long. Another time never got my drink and got the wrong sandwich and this time I order nuggets and small fries tell my why my 10 piece tuned in to a 7 I wouldn’t have cared if it was 1 but 3 I’m dead but I hope there’s a way to not have this little things keep happening

I understand technical errors but when the customer can see all of you standing around and laughing, the least you can do is let them know there is an issue and you won’t be able to serve them. Not have them sitting in the line for almost 10 minutes just waiting for you to stop laughing with each other.
