Always a great experience at this specific location. They are very friendly. The food is reasonably priced. They were even open on Christmas Day. My last experience here was amazing.I ordered a number one medium with a coke and a cinnamon roll, when I got to the drive through window?I asked for a pup cup which is whipped cream and a cup for dogs and they not only gave me that, but went above and beyond and gave him some dog biscuits as well. I have a chocolate lab and he is always excited to go to this location and get his pup cup.Thank you.Hardees for always making breakfast, Lunch or dinner a pleasure. I hope corporate sees my review because this location’s employee’s deserve a raise.

Kari and kitchen crew did it an awesome job to serve me today. This was my first time visiting a hardees. This place was friendly and welcoming. The dinning area was very clean. The staff Gave great recommendations on items on the menus. Definitely would visit again. The coffee was splendid.

This place is absolutely horrid. We arrived to the drive thru at 9:45 pm and a recording came up saying they were closed. Immediately after, an employee came on and asked “what would u like?”. After telling him the recording played, he immediately cancelled my order and said they were closed. As I drive by the window I noticed their sign, just like the website and google, indicate they close at 10. I then walked in to the restaurant and a very rude employee told me I could not be in there and to leave the building. The door was literally open to walk in!!! This franchise is extremely poorly ran and should be reconsidered by corporate. The saddest part was that I was taking a friend to try the food for the fist time, and after this experience, there is no interest in supporting this business.

There should be more Hardee’s around here; I drove quite a little ways to get to this Hardee’s at County Rd 574 & US 92 E Hillsborough Co.
The biscuits are made from scratch and they are THE BEST! I got an egg & cheese biscuit & the egg was fried right here & now!
The people behind the counter are friendly & so are their customers. (I’m pretty sure many of them come here every morning. )
The atmosphere…is fast food, but the biscuits are better than Cracker Barrel’s.
(There is even parking for big trucks ,& RV’s.)

I went to hardees about 2 hours ago and went in side and a young lady names Kari helped me she was running around doing everything her self with no help in site she was nice and kind and got my food out fast…there was a another young lady was very rude im not trying to sound rude but I believe the girls name was dejah
it was not the young lady manager .she should not work in costumer service at all. I have had problems with her before.the kitchen crew was great there was a gentlemen in the back that was being very goofy, and making everybody laugh but still getting his work done There needs to be more good workers like kari and him.

I ordered 3 of the smoked sausage breakfast and the cinnamon raisin biscuits this past Sunday(2/15/26). Everything came out fast and fresh. Customer service was great as well. Must visit for breakfast!

6p.m. only one customer here and somehow we order and it takes 20 min to come out and it was cold and disgusting. The employees seem like they are upset to be here and don’t care that the food is bad. They served cold chicken to my children, literally cold to the touch. This is our first and last time ever coming here.

Too much cursing from kitchen. One register at counter was broken. This location is dated and needs a refresh. Biscuits were warm and tasty. Beverages were ice cold and refreshing. It is local, and extended breslakfast hours are great. Dining area closes really early like at dusk. I will order on

Customer service not good at all. I girl takening my order should not be working with customers. I ordered a #8 with no biscuit. She ran my order up wrong and was very rude when i told her about what she did. Hardee’s 1501041 order id 22003304118287. I asked for the manager and was told he was he was not available. I just took my order and left. Very sad i have ordered before this same way and never had an issue untill today. I totally understand everybody has bad days but still. Learn some respect
