We had such an amazing experience at Red Lobster in Chesterfield, and a huge part of that was our server, DJ! From the moment we sat down, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly professional. He made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out correctly, and checked on us at just the right times without ever being overbearing.
DJ’s positive attitude and friendly personality truly elevated our dining experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in his work. Exceptional customer service like that is hard to find!

We had an amazing experience at Red Lobster in Chesterfield thanks to DJ! He was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. I haven’t been to Red lobster in a while and definitely after coming here I won’t be back ever again. My shrimp linguine noodles were overcooked and mushy my rice was HARD. The manger came and told me nobody had complained about it but he did bring me back rice that was not hard and some more linguine noodles but still mushy. The crab legs were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned and my waitress told me there was nothing they could do about that. How are you charging me $40 for Crab legs that are uncleaned? It was just a horrible eating experience around the board so beware of coming to this location red lobster use to have phenomenal food and service and but definitely gone down hill. And be careful eating seafood from this location definitely don’t won’t to get sick. I Definitely will not be back

DJ was a great server. He was personable, helpful, and willing to go the second mile. He kept us in drinks and hot biscuits. Next time you are at Red Lobster near Chesterfield Airport ask for DJ and he will take great care of you.

The food was amazing My waiter DJ was awesome. He came and checked on me several times kept my water full at all times. The food was fresh and hot the restaurant was clean And I observed the servers around me checking on their customers as well making sure that they had what they needed. I brought my wife to Red Lobster yesterday to celebrate her birthday and everything was fantastic from the start to finish. DJ was our server and he did an awesome job taking care of us. DJ is a very cordial and polite young man. My wife had her go to lobster fest lobster tail and I had the choose four shrimp dinner and it was delicious. DJ reminded us to save room for the complimentary birthday dessert which was very yummy. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

It seems like the staff was having some kitchen issues this night which in unfortunate, but didn’t kill our entire experience although we did wish our waiter came around to our table a bit more. The crab queso was phenomenal and as you can see, it was destroyed before we could grab a picture of it.
I got the Salmon New Orleans for my main course and it wasn’t bad, but tasted just a little oily, and really do wish the salmon had a crust skin on it. Texturally it was pretty one note and the flavor I was expecting more spice with.
Not my favorite Red Lobster experience if I’m being honest.

Food was good. My steak could of been more red in the middle than it was but it was still very delicious. Had special preferences due to food sensitivities ans they followed them without any hesitation. Thanks so much Bea! You did a fantastic job as our server.

Had a nice evening with the family and friends. Of course we devoured the cheddar bay biscuits, that goes without saying. Our meals were very tasty and the drinks were well fashioned.
