Horrible experience. I went to my local Cane’s Thursday night, and my order followed a large group. I ordered the box combo with no slaw, extra fries, and extra crispy chicken and fries. I notified the employee who took my order that I requested everything extra crispy. The cook rudely interrupted and insisted that the food was extra crispy because he had allowed additional cooking time. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and he abruptly argued with me in front of the other associates, stating he would drop the food again. Even the associates seemed displeased with his response, based on their conversation afterward.
When I finally received my order, it was incorrect—missing the extra fries. The same employee said he would have to drop the fries again. My food was drenched in grease, and when the fries came out, they appeared to have been cooked in chicken grease and were also soaked in grease. I’m very disappointed with both the disrespectful behavior and the quality of the food.

Easy access. Plenty of parking lots. Big enough for gathering. Service was fast and staff were so kind. Everything tastes so good as in other branches. Prices are very reasonable.

The food was hot and fresh. But halfway through the meal a worker came through and sprayed air freshener by the tables. We could feel the mist hitting our faces, which means it was obviously landing on iur food. Not very appetizing.

We went through the drive thru tonight and ordered a box combo and a tailgater. 30 minutes after ordering we finally got our food because they forgot about us. My husband had to go inside twice before he finally got our food. I know that mistakes happen, but the workers looked at him like he was the one who did something wrong. They didn’t even apologize. This happened to me a couple of months ago, and the male manager came out and apologized that they forgot about me and gave me a couple of coupons. He made it right. I guess whoever was the manager tonight didn’t care about customer service.

The food was up to par. The wait in the drive thru lines was crazy though. It had more to do with the popularity of the restaurant, rather than the service.

Ordered a 3 Finger Combo in the drive thru. Service was fast (order placed and received food within 3 minutes) and friendly. Food was cooked and presented perfectly.

I went to Raising Cane’s in Alexandria and had such a great experience! The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and welcoming. The store was also very clean, honestly the cleanest Raising Cane’s I’ve been to compared to others. Everything from the food to the atmosphere was top-notch. Definitely a 5-star visit!

No restrooms were open in town when I drove in and they graciously let me use the bathroom it was clean and nice in there too

The food tasted like something was missing, probably seasoning, the other customers stared my family and i down as if we weren’t supposed to be there, but good and quick service.

Filled my drink 2/3 of the way. Got no ice when I asked for light ice. Ordered extra sauce and got no sauce. Only thing they got right was my extra toast.
