Kazoku is a nice place for fine dining, with a good location and a stylish atmosphere.
The sushi is very nice and well prepared, but it is quite expensive.
Overall food quality is normal and doesn’t fully match the very high prices.

It was just perfect!
I went there with my lovely wife to celebrate our 7th anniversary.
We were looking for a good sushi restaurant in Cairo and honestly, we were ready to accept just 50% of the quality we usually get in Dubai. But to our surprise, it was way better than Dubai!
The food was excellent, the atmosphere was amazing, and the service was absolutely top-notch. Special thanks to Khalid for his outstanding hospitality and warm attitude — you really made our night special.
As for the prices, my usual self would say it’s expensive, but given the current standards in Egypt and the quality we received, it felt completely reasonable — so I’ll skip that part.
I’ll definitely come back again, next time to try the regular menu — especially the steaks and other dishes.

Kazoku at Swan Lake is hands down one of the most authentic Japanese dining experiences in Cairo. The atmosphere is top notch with excellent vibes and beautifully arranged outdoor seating that’s perfect for a chilled evening. The food quality, presentation, and service are all exceptional. It’s definitely a must-visit if you enjoy premium Japanese cuisine. Just a heads-up: if it’s your first time, don’t follow Google Maps directly—it takes you to the main compound gate, which isn’t the correct entrance for the restaurant. Ask security for directions to Kazoku’s entrance. Overall, an amazing place, but keep in mind—it’s not cheap. Worth it for a special night out.

Appetisers here were really good, chicken dumplings with tamarind sauce was really special
Main dishes were good ,but nothing insanely over the top
I came for my husband’s birthday and they were really nice and managed to add a candle and write something on the dessert
But expect a very hefty bill
for an appetiser, main, dessert and drink it was 3k+ per person
If you’re coming here be careful to follow the maps guide to the main gate as they won’t let u in, you’ll find a small door on the side of the compound and that’s where you enter
It took us 15 mins to go all around which was pretty annoying
