This is a great CiCis – I love it! Unfortunately, it has gotten a little bit more expensive than when I first came here, but considering inflation, I don’t think it’s really their fault.
Other than that, everything about it is excellent. The pizza is good enough, but it’s everything else that keeps me coming back. The breadsticks, salad bar, brownies, and cinnamon rolls are to die for, they have a large selection of fountain drinks, and the staff is always kind and friendly. The most recent time I went, one of the gentlemen working there offered to make me any pizza I wanted if it wasn’t on the buffet line.
In addition, they have a gaming section that I think any child would love. 10-year-old me would have had the time of my life at this location’s arcade.
All-in-all, I give this CiCis five (5) stars even in spite of the price increase and mediocre pizza, as I always leave feeling that my money was well spent.

Delicious, fresh pizza at a reasonable price. They put out hot pizzas about every 5 mins, replacing what’s being eaten the fastest. Very nice salad bar, but you have to ask for cheese as they keep it behind the counter. Staff are friendly and attentive for the most part. Messes are picked up quickly. Only marked down because the tables and floor need a good deep-clean. Great spot for kids, especially with the arcade in the back. We’ll be back!

Everyone is friendly. It’s always busy, but when manager Jessie is working, you wouldnt know it. He keeps the employees on top of it and hops in to help when needed! The buffet is always stocked with fresh, hot pizza and pasta and the salad bar is always clean and organized! (You can definitely tell when he’s not on duty) Our family has eaten at CiCis since they first opened back in the late 90’s at Woodhill mall on Garners Ferry!

Pretty decent staff for mostly young people. Communicative manager as well. It was dead cold in there so wear a jacket. No real complaints, I’ll probably be back most likely. Give it a try and communicate your needs, they don’t seem to have any issues giving out customer service.

This place is a good place to go we go earlier to bet the crowds. We told a server behind the counter we watched a kid sneeze and cough on a pepperoni pizza and with there mom walked away. They trashed it immediately and put a fresh one out. We go for food not games.

It was a great reliveable experience from childhood. Hadn’t gone to cicis in forever, ever since they closed the one on garners ferry road. Used to go to cicis many times in the month when young, was a good price for your buck, to eat all you wanted. The workers were a joy to be around. Would have loved it more if they had done up the location like they had the one that closed would have made it so much like how I remembered it.

Came in cuz of the 2.99 buffet deal ad. Downloaded the app for it to be no where to be found but that was alright because it was a Monday and they offered 5.99 buffets on Mon-Tues just kidding the cashier lady said neither of those deals exist and I paid $30 for pizza that was hardly sliced. Very nice

I frequently dine in and take out from this location, and they are never anything but fantastic and accommodating! They treat our special needs adults with nothing but kindness and respect, always ready to make a special order or help us push tables together. Jesse is a fantastic manager, and his staff is great other jobs.

We don’t eat out often but we really enjoyed it! It was very clean and all of the staff were extremely friendly. Will definitely visit again in the future!

Friendly, fun, accommodating. Got a craving for a specific pizza? They’ll make it happen! Want a place that makes you feel at home? They’ll welcome you as you walk in the door! In the middle of putting away your dishes, don’t be surprised if someone suddenly helps out. And it’s a great place for families, especially those with young kids. (don’t forget to budget in for arcade games!)
