We had a great breakfast at this great Perkins on the way to Michigan. Perkins is a classic American breakfast place and bakery. Servers were friendly and the room was clean.
Everything tasted authentic and fresh. I liked the omelette and sausage gravy the most. The fried chicken and hash browns were mediocre. Pastries also looked great in an American style.

Came here on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We got seated right away. I love the endless coffee. Our server was great! I ordered the French toast with scrambled eggs and sausage links. The food was great! I definitely recommend this place!

I was going to leave a better review until I saw my side potato’s . Now I’m not trying to be petty , but when you charge someone 5.99 for a side dish and it looks like a kids portion that literally cost the restaurant less than a dollar . That’s where we have a problem . Because at this point it’s pure greed and unfair to the consumer. And they weren’t that good to be charging 5.99 for a handful of potatoes. Please do better!

This restaurant has been here forever. Food always good and service alway friendly. They serve breakfast and lunch/dinner meals. Desserts are in a case so you can see them. In all my years eating here I’ve never had a bad meal. This is one of the first restaurant memories I have since it was my grandma’s favorite all the way back in the 1970s.

Lmao asked for them to add broccoli to my steak and peppers meals. Never thought they’d just throw raw broccoli on top of all 3 orders I guess I’ll just have to specify next time to make sure the broccoli is cooked. Loved it regardless though!!! **I’m not upset, I found it humorous lol I should’ve checked before I left, I live 2 hours away so I had to heat it up anyway **

I took my Mom and brother here for dinner. It was a great meal served by an awesome waitress. She was the highlight of the evening. The food was tasty if a little bit pricey. But all in all it was a wonderful night at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery. I will be back, maybe I’ll see you there.

Kind of a quiet place, nice to relax. With a toddler on my hip it’s hard to do that though lol. Would’ve given 5 stars but I didn’t find that the food was of best quality, I like that the soup came out piping hot and was packed with flavor but the BLT I had gotten didn’t have much flavor, and the croutons on my salad seemed to have a weird/burnt taste to it. I’m not a complainer and still ate my food, because there’s not much to do about either situation! Our server was quick and attentive though, as well as the host.

The food is always good. Served fast and hot. Every server we have here is always polite and very efficient at their job. The hostess on the other hand. Extremely unprofessional and rude. We walked in and she was playing on her phone, then yawned. Not just a little yawn but a mouth wide open, no hand covering yawn that we had to endure. When she finally stopped she offered no apology, no excuse me, just How Many? We were seated, enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, but then we got the same hostess as cashier. She was laughing the whole way over from the hostess stand with another employee, continued to talk to her coworker, took our bill, never asked how anything was, checked us out, never said anything remotely customer service or even cared that we were there. Not a great experience!
