At Cali Burrito we aim to provide the healthiest, best tasting food possible in a minimum amount of time. Founders Shawn and Nick wanted to bring the Cali vibe to the Lehigh Valley after living in California for 10 years. This is well worth the stop! My shrimp burrito was delicious and large! My wife enjoyed her salad and the quesadillas were very cheesy! They have a salsa bar that was very good. Such a fun place and the food is yummy and reasonably priced. I definitely recommend trying it.
Update: It’s definitely a must try! The help yourself salsa bar always has a special flavor. The Sonoma is my favorite…beef tacos. They come with the home made chips. My husband always gets a burrito. I swear the thing weighs 3 pounds. My kids like the Quesadillas and the chicken tacos. Everything is good!!!

Lunch with family. Hubby and son had build your own burrito. Nice to be able to pick you own combo of fillings. Burritos were huge (about the size of a 6″ sub). I chose quesadilla (beef and cheese). Added sour cream and guac (up charge). Surprisingly, beef is literally NOT seasoned resulting in bland taste. Granted there is a salsa bar to spice things up. Serving size was respectable. Burritos came with chips. A tad pricey but overall a good choice.

Cali Burrito is hands down the best spot in the area for burritos. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. One of my favorite things about this place is that they offer ginger ale as a fountain drink, such a simple detail, but it makes every visit even better. And the burrito of the week? Always creative, always tasty, and definitely something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were just in today for lunch and were very disappointed. Our bill was $47 for the both of us. We each got a quesadilla, a drink and one order of chips and guac to share.
I would not recommend at all…
The chips were $5.14 and extremely stale, the guac was $10.82 and the texture was off almost paste like. This was definitely not fresh by any means. My husband said his steak (even though it was made with brisket) quesadilla wasn’t bad. My chicken quesadilla was dry yet soggy and the meat was flavorless and tough.
I had high hope from all of the great reviews, but we will definitely NOT be back!

Stopped in for some takeout. The restaurant has comfortable indoor seating, in a fun and relaxed vibe. Creative menu with good selections and some specials. No table service and no alcohol. The orders are placed at the counter as you enter. Prices are a little on the high side but the quality is good and good sized portions. Tried their fish tacos which were good and the order comes with two tacos and tortilla chips. They have a small self serve salsa bar for indoor or take out orders. Service is fast and friendly. Large parking lot and easy access from 222/Hamilton Blvd. We enjoyed the fish tacos.

Ordered takeout. Their fish tacos are usually great,but now they have turned to garbage. Their fish tacos had a dark crusty coating that was hard, over cooked and nonedible. Will not go back there again. No way this should have made it into a taco. Lee Kauffman

We found this joint while we were frequenting Allentown area 7 years ago. Every time we are down that way we make the effort to go get something. BURRITOS, TACOS, AND QUESADILLAS…..THATS IT….and 5 to 6 choices of each…..
Don’t need to mess with adding more, perfect as is and never let down!.

We used to love this place and try to stop on the way to poconos but their customer service has gone down the drain. The cashier kiersten was extremely rude and should not be working at front. After a long drive this is not the type of experience you want. The manager Matt offered no apologies when we pointed this out. They will not be getting our business.
