First time here, and it was absolutely delicious!
The shrimp was incredible, and the potatoes were just as good.
Even though my English isn’t great, MJ was so kind and helped me with everything.

Always love going to Hot n Juicy. This time, my party had MJ as a server and she killed it from the second she greeted us all the way til we paid for the bill. She’s amazing and makes one of the best Michi’s for sure. Thank you MJ!

It used to be good for takeout, but now they don’t even add sauce to the bags at all. I put two pounds together in a bowl and looked at how little sauce was in there. The shrimp were drier than the Sahara desert!

First hot n juicy branch with no queue. Although we got there 7pm I think on a Wednesday. Food was good as usual. Place was quaint. Staff and servers were awesome, polite and attentive. Not as well maintained in my opinion.

This place is awesome! Our server, MJ was amazing. She had wonderful descriptions of all of their food and what to expect when getting them. Her descriptions matched perfectly with the food. (I had asked about the chicken wings.) She even had virgin cocktail options for my wife! The level of service and quality of food here are outstanding! Every member of their team is kind and ready to help. That’s a rare thing to get in the restaurant industry these days. MJ was wonderful and checked on us in the best intervals. If you go here, consider yourself in the best hands if you get her as a server. I would call ahead for the blue crab though, it sells out fast!

We had an overall great experience at Hot N Juicy Crawfish in Las Vegas and I would definitely return. The shrimp was absolutely delicious—well seasoned, fresh, and cooked perfectly.
Unfortunately, the crawfish didn’t quite meet the same standard. It tasted old, almost as if it had been frozen for a long time and thawed more than once, which took away from the overall quality.
That said, the service was excellent. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere was fun and lively, which added to the night.
My only suggestion would be to maintain a higher quality standard for the crawfish. People come back for quality, not quantity. If that improves, this place would easily be a standout.

This visit was amazing !!! MJ and Kahlil were everything you could expect in a server/manager and more! They were so attentive and made this experience phenomenal. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to dine in at HotNJuicy. Also MJ recommended their new cheesecake and all I can say is YUM !

Hot & Juicy Crawfish on Spring Mountain is one of my favorite places in Chinatown. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, but what really makes this spot stand out is the service. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, attentive, and always making sure you have everything you need. Still, MJ deserves a special mention because she goes above and beyond every single time. She’s not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely warm and caring, which makes every visit feel extra special. Thanks to her and the whole team, you don’t just come here for the food, you come for the experience.

Bad service. Had lunch here with my kids on 12/30/25 for my son’s 13th birthday. I’m not sure if our server Kahlil is new or what but he did not provide good service. He did not check on us (nor did anyone else) to see if we needed anything until it was time to pay. Oh and the restaurant was not busy so I can’t give them that benefit. I don’t like seafood so I ordered chicken tenders and I got them about 15 minutes after my kids got their food. Again no explanation of why it took so long or ask if I needed anything while I waited for my food to come out. I honestly thought he forgot to input my order and rather than trying to wave someone down I just accepted that I would not be eating. My son even offered me some of his food but I declined because like I said I dont like seafood. Eventually my food did come out and at least it was hot. All of our meals were actually good so nothing negative about that. In addition to that there was something else that completely ruined our experience here. My son asked me if the restaurant does anything special for birthdays. I told him I have no idea and to ask the server. I left to use the bathroom and when I came back I asked my son if he asked the server. My son said he did but that our server said no. No exaggeration – not even 5 minutes later the lights started flickering and there was an announcement that its someones birthday. Then all of the workers started sing happy birthday to another customer. After they were done, our server came to our table to pick up my credit card and he asks me is it his (referring to my son) birthday? I said yes. He then looks at my son and says “you should have told me it was your birthday, we could have sang happy birthday to you”. He then leaves to run my credit card. Ummm there was still time for them to sing happy birthday to my son, we weren’t on our way out the door! And that was why my son asked him while I was in the bathroom if they do anything for birthdays and our server straight up told him no! We weren’t looking for a free meal or dessert or free anything. My son was sad that they didn’t at least sing happy birthday to him. And the fact that they still could have because again we weren’t heading out yet but our server made it seem like we missed a deadline or something so they could not do it. Our server could have made it right but he chose not to. He must not be working for tips. I felt too horrible leaving no tip so I left 10% (I normally tip 20) even though I felt one was not earned. Going forward I’ll try a different location. I have no desire to return to this one.
