SeaWeed Steaks, Seafood & Sushi is a contemporary steak and seafood experience.
Dishes are prepared in three separate areas; the main kitchen, the sushi bar and the raw bar. Rather than offering individual starters and main courses, Seaweed serves dishes that are designed to be shared at the table or enjoyed individually, and are brought to the table continuously throughout the experience.

Decided to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2 days after the fact since it fell on a Saturday this year and all the restaurants were so crowded.
We wanted to do sushi and saw that seaweed got some good reviews for sushi. We usually will pick a Japanese restaurant for sushi but thought we’d give Seaweed a try. I will say they didn’t have the depth of selection that we’re use to but the quality was great so I’m giving them 5 stars anyways.
Our waitress Denver was very friendly and super helpful. She made a few selections on some rolls and we went with one of them. We did two rounds and our first round was the Triple Tuna roll & the Spicy Tuna roll. The Triple Tuna tool was great with with not too much filler or eel sauce. I loved the wasabi tobiko as the topping. The spicy tuna roll was good but a little skimpy.
Our second round was the Shiro roll, Spicy tuna roll and salmon & tuna cuts of sushi. All very good but I think the Shiro would be my favorite of all cool especially since it had the hamachi on top.
They have a fun list of $7.00 cocktails and we each had a old fashion which was great and I tried the Blueberry Lemon Drop martini which is served with dry ice which was fun to see it bubling.
We finished by sharing the Raspberry Tiramisu. A fun twist on the traditional Tiramisu.
The place was rocking for a Monday night

This place consistently exceeds expectations. The filet was cooked to perfection—honestly even better than our recent visit to Capital Grille when comparing their filet and lobster combination. The cooking style here is simpler and cleaner, which actually makes for a healthier and more enjoyable dining experience. That said, both restaurants are still well deserving of five stars.
The drinks were excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. The manager truly stands out—always checking in on guests with a warm smile and making everyone feel welcome.
If you haven’t been here yet, the oysters and stone crabs are always a must-try. One thing that really impressed us was the hospitality on Christmas Eve. Although they close at 9:00 PM and our reservation was at 8:40, we never once felt rushed. We were able to relax, enjoy our meal, and savor our drinks, finally leaving around 9:30 after a wonderful experience.
Highly recommend.

This our third time having the amazing stone crab here at Seaweed this season, and let me tell you, go get them! We like the large, we think they’re the best deal, and well worth the indulgence.!They are so fresh, kept on ice and cracked to perfection per order by Willy (he’s awesome)! Try it with the Happy Hour Crispy Cauliflower, it’s spectacular!
Nate behind the bar is super attentive and personable too. Go, indulge, enjoy!

Was it fresh, quality and delicious? Yes! Was this roll worth $27? No. For $27 I was expecting the roll to be a little bit bigger. I’ll try out their happy hour sometime. The staff was nice and the atmosphere is good.

We had a great evening with friends for my birthday. Service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the fish platter, grilled. The Mahi was very dry but the shrimp and scallops were fine. I love the all day happy hour and thank you for my complimentary birthday dessert!

Food was horrible!
I ordered the twin filet mignon wrapped in bacon- medium well.. it was burnt to the point that you could not cut through it and even the manager on staff that night said it looked bad.
I was hungry- so I said let me try the sushi. I placed the order and it was back to me in under 5 minutes. It didn’t taste or smell fresh! We came here for our son 16th birthday..
First time here, will never come back.
They try to be high end by making you have reservations…
This place is 100% the worse place I’ve ever been!!!

Went for dinner with good friends from Omaha. Food, as always, was so very good. Service, Lucas, was excellent. He took the time to explain the menu, specials and custom dishes that they offered. He done a great detailed job describing different dishes to us. Atmosphere is so nice. Very casual and quiet enough to carry on comfortable conversation.
Highly recommend.

Dined here on a Tuesday night for the 3 course special advertised from Sunday-Wednesday. We were a little disappointed as we wanted seafood and the menu/website stated that the special included the “catch of the day” which was grouper or snapper. The server told us that the catch of the day was in fact not included. The choice of fish was mahi mahi only (previously frozen). So instead we settled for the bacon wrapped tenderloin. It was very small, but tasty. The key lime pie was good as well, but micro sliced. Overall the food was good, but small proportions and the fish not as advertised.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was amazing from start to finish. I started out with the blackberry mojito (so good, not pictured). I got the bacon wrapped scallops and my husband got sushi which he said is the best he’s ever had. We ended with a key lime pie martini (best one I’ve ever had) and their flourless chocolate cake. We cannot stop talking about it and can’t wait to come back. The hostess, our waitress and Chelley are amazing!
