Wait staff took over 15 min to greet me . They struggled figuring out who had my table.
Then a manager walked by and notice I did not have service. She took no action
10 min later and waiter(Justin) noticed I hand no service and took my order.
The restaurant is very clean. You can see them kitchen. Well organized. Cook has hair nets and glove. They are hard working.
Over all, I would definitely come back. It is one of the better Ihops in the area.

Come on, IHOP. This used to be our favorite spot. I’m not sure what happened to you all, but the service was terrible. The employees seemed lost in their own world, daydreaming. I had to ask several times for the same things over and over. They struggled to operate the register. And don’t even get me started on the food. They were out of 30% of their menu items. They claimed they didn’t have bananas, yet they served some freeze-dried, brown bananas with the meal. If you say you don’t have them, then don’t put them on the plate, especially in that condition. We didn’t finish eating most of the food. The common sense displayed on 12/24/25 was appalling. Until things improve, we won’t be returning.

We were seated immediately, and a server came over to bring us water and coffee.
The server was very pleasant, and he was attentive throughout our visit. He took our order, and we received everything just as we requested.
After a short wait, our food arrived. All of the food was hot. We ordered several items from their breakfast menu. Each food item was well-prepared and very tasty.
We are looking forward to our next visit!

Just another IHOP? Not so fast, I actually like this one on West Broad Street in Henrico VA. Because we were treated very well by the one-and-only waitress that night in July.
My friend and I came to this restaurant near closing time. We sat by the window with the rest of the guests. The waitress took care of everyone in that restaurant. She came back to ensure our drinks were filled and never rushed us. I was so grateful. It’s forever remembered. I will be back.

Our waitress was Ciara and she was awesome magnificent customer service! Food was good and came out on time. We will be back for sure. Make sure you ask for Ciara for good old fashioned customer service like the good old days!!!

My 2 kids and I came here for breakfast, I selected this location specifically because of the reviews. When we arrived, it was a full house but we were seated in less than 5 minutes. Our waiter came to the table in about 10 minutes, and it was OK because my children had time to peruse the menu and pick what they wanted. So when he took our drink order, we went ahead and ordered our food as well. Drinks came out in a timely fashion and our food arrived about 10 minutes after. I would’ve given the food 5 stars however parts of our order were incorrect. For instance, my son wanted fruit instead of hashbrowns and I ordered fried onions in my hashbrowns but there were none. The waiter realized this as he was putting our plates and immediately returned mine back to the kitchen. I was worried it would take long for me to recieve my order but it came out corrected relatively quick and was fresh! We enjoyed the food and our time there. As for the atmosphere, it’s ihop and we were seated next to another family with a kid who kept turning around in his seat staring at us; other than that..the tables were clean and no crumbs under my feet which is always good!

It had been a bit since we had tried an IHOP. The menu had a great variety and included some good value and senior choices (note that the senior meals seem similar sized to regular meals, but a couple $$ cheaper in our case). Service was quick and cheerful. Food came quickly and without mistakes. Pancakes and sandwiches were excellent and more than was comfortable to eat. Egg meals were properly cooked and everything came to the table hot. Restaurant was quiet when we arrived, but got noisy and busy as lunchtime arrived. One of the best chain restaurant breakfasts I remember. Note that the parking lot is somewhat limited and a bit hard to access, especially in a larger vehicle.

I pass this location daily and saw a burger meal special advertised on the temporary sign in front of the store. My server was not aware of the special and had to ask the night manager (7:00 PM visit) about the details. I explained that the sign mentioned that the special also included a drink. The night manager disagreed. After leaving the store, I passed the sign again and it clearly stated a drink was included. I called the store and the manager put me on hold to go look at the sign that indeed included the drink language. Store management should communicate to the staff the details for specials to avoid confusion and disgruntled customers. The burger was good but the way I was treated was certainly not.
