I generally love Cancun Grill. But tonight was an example of everything wrong with Miami service and a service charge being included automatically. We got seated promptly things started out fine. It was us and one other table. I never got a refill on my water which was empty since before my food order was even taken. Got our second round of alcoholic beverages. Our food came and everything was good. We never saw our waitress again for refills on drinks or anything. We asked for our check and took probably another 20 minutes to get our check. Definitely lack of attention and why would they if the service fee is already included.

I was looking forward to eating here. My mom had been there quite a few times. Let me begin by saying,”I WILL. EVER RETURN”. They sat us in a corner booth like we were in time out. Not once did they tell us a mariachi band would be literally behind us. I practically had the trumpist rear end hittng the back of my chair. The guitarist to my right and the accordian guy to my left. It was loud to where I couldnt hear my daughter talking across the table from me. It was the most obnoxious evening ever spent at any establishment. The service was horrendous. It took 30 minutes to get water. When appetizers came to the table, there were no plates or utensils. We had to ask for them to which we had to wait another 10 minutes. By this time, you can imagine our appetizer was cold. The tables dont have salt and pepper, another 10 minutes till we got it. We were there an hour to which the mariachi band played the entire time, RIGHT BEHIND US!!!!!!!! The place was nothing out of this world. The service sucked. The mariachi was obnoxious. The food was good but not worth going again. What a miserble experience. My ears were still ringing from the trumpet. I rather go to Lime….never disappoints!! Oh,and a lady walking around interrupting your dinner asking for a $20 picture was annoying,ugh!!

We Love this Mexican restaurant! The chips and salsa are the best. Fajitas are delicious. The service was great. We had a big group celebrating a birthday, they managed to bring out our food quickly. Prices are fair. The atmosphere is great for the entire family. The mariachi were AWESOME!
Parking is a little complicated. Not enough parking outside, but they have a garage (the garage signs are not clear as to who can park there- very little help to guide you) valet closed at 10PM, but we were still eating. The valet attendant had to call me to go get my keys while I was eating. Kind of inconvenient if you are using valet!

I was extremely surprised by this place! Inside is beautiful, all the decoration and ambience is really nice. They have Tacos All You Can Eat only on Tuesday and Thursday after 6pm, for $21. Juan offered us a very professional service. And the tacos were top notch. I ate 18 in total, let me know if you can beat me.

I personally own over 96 restaurants. After being a restaurant owner for over 25 years I have to say this is probably the best food I’ve ever had. I ordered nachos with beef and chicken. I sent pictures and descriptions to my head chef and asked him why he cannot make the same quality food. If you’re into the route area I would highly suggest this location.
It’s a new building with lots of easy access. Come enjoy great food served by great servers.

Had a buy one get one free entree so thought we give it a try. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. Ordered the steak and chicken mix fajita, though only got the steak, but I didn’t tell the waitress. It was good. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which she enjoyed. They serve free chips and salsa, which is a nice thing. Overall had an enjoyable experience.
