I am so disappointed i have never had a negative experience at to chick-fil-a store until today. Was running late for work SO I stopped to get food i ordered the sandwich meal with no pickle add cheese and lettuce with fries and milkshake….. i didn’t open my food til i got to work. When i tell u the chicken breast was fried so hard it was dark brown and tough the buns was dry and brittle i thought all the buns was buttered and shining well NO I WAS SO PISSED that was my first and last time at this location.

Always a problem when I order from this location. Today I placed a breakfast order that said they started making at 10:13. When arrived to pick up they said they just pushed order in and since it was past 10:30 I couldn’t have breakfast. Also lack of holiday decor makes the atmosphere so frumpy compared to the Hatfield location.

Typically is busy at any location. The great thing, in addition to the expansion of the drive thru, the dining room was open. This decreased the wait time.
Love the nuggets, chicken is always moist, great treat. Recieved good service, food was brought to the table. The only downfall is parking. It is limited and the exit is actually the second drive thru. That needs to corrected to avoid driving in circles to get out or getting stuck in the drive thru.

It was my fault. Don’t go during busy times. 3 Burger. Two milkshikes and fries. Sauce. I brought it home. But I should have checked on the spot that there were only two burgers, but it was annoying to drive and ask for another one, and it was my fault that I didn’t check.
