Best margaritas and food in Pilsen. The food is amazing and presentation is great. Recommend the cucumber margaritas, fried plantains, and the tortas. The service is always really great, the servers are really friendly and really quick with orders. Plenty of patio seating. Overall great experience.

Stopped in here for dinner, quickly became one of our favorite places we’ve been in the city. The staff, especially our server, Rebeca, was very kind and attentive. We each got an appetizer, as we like to try lots of things, my mom got the Empanadas de Camaron and said they were incredible. I had the Taquitos Ahogados and it was super delicious. For dinner I had the Barbacoa de Res, it was served with mashed potatoes and a cheese tostada. Individually all of the elements were good, but together in one bite they were phenomenal, the flavor combination was outstanding. We also got some desserts that look phenomenal, but are waiting for us in the fridge for later because we were too full to eat them right away!

I hate to speak ill of this place because it is a small business, but not speaking the truth would defeat the purpose of even posting a review. The food was ok, but it lacked authenticity. I was disappointed because I read such great reviews and everyone’s pictures make everything look so good. We ordered three different plates, but none of them hit home. Again food was ok, but it was just a little too simple and lacked authentic Mexican flavor(s). If you have never had “real” Mexican food, then you’ll probably love this place. Read everyone else’s reviews and you’ll see a trend. Hope this helps!
