The salad bar is top notch with all the toppings you can think of. It is safe with the gloves to put on when you use the salad bar. All the ingredients were fresh. The wings were good but very salty. The service was great. The restaurant was clean.

After traveling all day, we were happy to find a Ruby Tuesday as we wanted a soup and salad meal. It was not busy, so we thought it would be pretty quick to get our meal. The hostess seated us, and we waited between 5 to 10 minutes for a server (who was also the bartender). Apparently the hostess, who appeared quite proficient on her cell phone, never told the server we had been seated. My bench seat had a foot long rip in the upholstery with stuffing widely showing. The table’s black edging was sticky, feeling unclean. We ordered and went to the salad bar. I was happy to see plastic gloves available to put on to handle the tongs though there was no sign that customers needed to use them. The lettuce holder was old and the upholstered corners worn off, exposing underlying cardboard. Our shoes stuck to the floor as we traversed down the salad bar. I asked the hostess if she knew if there was meat in the broccoli salad (I dont eat meat), and she told me she really didnt know. I thought she would offer to find out for me, but she did not. I had to ask her to, and she complied. We had to ask our server twice for soup crackers, both times we were assured they would be brought to our table. I saw a bowl of crackers being placed on the salad bar which was forgotten to be put out at setup, but none were delivered to our table as promised.
The salad bar was refreshed twice while we were there – good attentiveness. However the lack of cleanliness was overly disappointing as I expected higher standards from this restaurant. And clearly the staff requires more training. I cannot recommend this restaurant for dinner, but for drinks I think it would be fine.

My Daddy and I stopped by Ruby Tuesday after a showing, and everything was great! We started with the salad, which was fresh and so good. You must try the honey glaze salmon — absolutely delicious! Our waitress was nice, friendly, and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming too. Definitely recommend!

The salad bar was not well stocked and fresh. The customer service was horrible. One of the waitress was rushing to get my money cause her manager told her to clock out cause they were slow. I asked for a receipt and never got it before she left. Then I asked another waitress for it. I waited for 10 minutes then went to the bar area to see her on a cell phone texting and then talking to someone. Then when confronted her to learn that she could not print another anothet receipt. There were only 4 other customers in the dining area on a Tuesday at 4 pm. My burger was burnt and nasty.

I’m completely pissed! I placed a pickup order online. The number upon arrival doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone for curbside. I went inside to pickup my order. The lady that was working at the bar stated they were short staffed. My order was not bagged it was just sitting in a container cold. The lady who was working the bar was holding the bathroom door for someone. Before touching my food she didn’t wash her hands. She placed her hand on top of my butter & sour cream before putting on the tops. I told her to keep it because that was not sanitary at ALL. She stared at me with no apology. Just disgusting and very disappointing! Now I’m reminded why I stopped going to Ruby Tuesday. NEVER AGAIN!!!

We arrived at the restaurant at 1:44pm.We waited about 17 mins to be seated. Then when we were seated we only got menus no utensils. We waited about 15mins then the server came and took our order. There was a family that was seated after us and within 5 mins of them being seated there were able to order their food. When our appetizers came the boneless chicken was lukewarm and the loaded baked potato skins didn’t taste like anything. Then we waited another while, the family that came in got their mains food before us. At this point it was 2:45pm and we still haven’t received our mains that we ordered. Our mains finally came and my Ultimate Crispy Chicken Sandwich which comes with bacon and pickles didn’t have any bacon or pickles. This was our first and last time at Ruby Tuesdays. I was so disappointed.

My husband and I came to Ruby Tuesday on Garners Ferry Road in Columbia, SC on Jan 16th 2026 and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Malaysia the bar tender on the manager on call. She was friendly and very personable same with the manager on call. Malaysia noticed a co worker not smiling and asked her smile. That showed me that she care about how your restaurant was perceived by those walking in the door. Keep her and the manager on call and also. Give them the chance to control the music especially if you let them know to make sure to cater to everyone. I believe they will do an excellent job. David was great!

It was my first time here and my experience was great ! The food was marvelous I had the new seafood pasta , the seafood in it was extremely flavorful and I loved every bite of it !!! Our waitress malayjah was very kind, patient, informative and attentive! Would definitely recommend plus she was pulling all the strings tonight holding it down on her own!! You go girl ! I’ll be back for sure to try something else .

My server Olivia was so nice, she greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely come back if I had her as her as my server! Malasia the bartender made my drinks perfectly and was very engaging with me and the other patrons. Definitely a good shift from the last workers !
