I walked in absolutely starving, and from the moment I stepped through the door, Hakeem,my server,greeted me with a warm smile and quickly led me to a table. Super friendly and attentive!The place is small and intimate, which I actually liked. It felt cozy and relaxed. I started with a cup of green tea, which came in a huge mug (seriously, it was almost comical ). The tea had a nice earthy flavor and was surprisingly delicious.
For my meal, I ordered the sirloin steak tips and eggs, along with strawberry filled crepes on the side. The food hit the spot, flavorful, cooked just right, and really satisfying. The crepes were sweet, soft, and filled with just the right amount of strawberry goodness.Overall, it was a great experience. If you’re in the area and looking for a casual, tasty breakfast (or brunch!), I’d definitely recommend stopping by.

If you love iHOP – find another one
The place is packed
Not enough space, so you have a feeling like you are on a busy train
The place is loud because there are almost no separation between the tables and again, not enough space
You need to speak loud if you want to have a conversation
Long wait for the order to be cooked
Dirty Plates and garbage are not being removed from the table, at all
The food is OK

Stopped in to this location with the family and was very disappointed. Place was freezing, didnt even feel like the heater was on it was uncomfortable to even wait and eat. So we walked in and get seated, then we sat for quite some time to even be addressed or asked for our drink orders. Finally she came over to take orders. We get our orders food is not correct. Asked for it to be fixed, comes back and takes the plate and brought it back and still messed up. Had to pick it up and fix it again and bring it back. By time it came back the third time didn’t even want to eat the food. Just disappointed with this place and visit.

Had a great breakfast experience at IHOP. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and the eggs was cooked perfectly, and the crepes are moist and savory. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and the food came out quickly. Overall, a great spot for breakfast—would definitely come back again and again!

The food and service is amazing exactly how it should be but i don’t know whether the manager was the one who talked to us but i bought in my stroller with my child and i had to put the stroller to the side cause it didn’t fit that wasn’t my main issue though my main issue is a whole section is closed off and the bathrooms have no changing table for babies! Even McDonalds has changing table for babies. Ive never had a problem with any ihop except this one honestly

Great location, service and food. Nyla (and I hope that’s her name) was quick, offered suggestions and was very helpful. The food came in a timely fashion. Fresh hot and exactly how I ordered it. I will definitely return!

We came here on Friday day after thanksgiving only 2 servers the Spanish girl who was our server was not nice . Her demeanor was not pleasant. We order pancakes with scrambled eggs bacon etc she presented the eggs , the eggs fell out on the table out of the plate .She did not even apologize for the spill she just went and got another plate . A few minutes later She went a head took a seat with her legs over the chair and forgot the next persons egg. I ask her about the egg her response was that only 1 egg was order inwhich I knew it was 2 . She came back with the egg still no apology just a nonchalant attitude. . Her continents was not great so decided to put the rest of the food in container and leave. She did not even ask us is everything OK or if we need anything extra she was on her phone with her legs across the chair just like it was her home.

It was mid afternoon, a few booths were occupied. There was ONE server and ONE cook. Even for midafternoon, that seems understaffed.
The food was good. Eggs were cooked perfectly (that’s important at a “breakfast” spot). It’s Ihop – how can you go wrong?
There were things that were unsatisfactory.
1. My husband walks with a cane. Rather than quickly clean off one if the rables closest to the door, we were seated in the LAST booth, furthest away from the door and the bathrooms.
2. When asked what we would like to drink, both asking for coffee, we were informed they were out. OUT OF COFFEE at a pancake house? Ooops.
3. When server brought our drinks, they left the “silverware” – which was plastic… we were given carry-out utensils. I assumed it was a mistake, so when our foid was delivered I asked for metal utensils, but was told they didnt have any.
IT’S A RESTAURANT.
4. A little later, we were given additiinal napkins, so I asked how they could be out of forks. Apparently the disgwasher didnt show up, so no utensils. OK. Annoying, but what can you do.
5. Then my husband noticed that a couple tables seated after us were using metal flatware.
6. I was trying to be understanding; in fact, I was sincerely polite. I went up front to pay the bill, tipped appropriately. Then after the transaction was complete, I turned to go back to our table and discovered an entire bussers tub filled with paper envelopes of metal flatware.
They had no dishwasher, so that means those were sitting there throughout our entire meal!!
I WAS NOT HAPPY. I WAS VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. I hate eating with plastic utensils and dishes!
Never thought I’d need to check on flatware availability when going into a restaurant – but, by God, I will from now on.!

I arrived in IHOP at 730pm on 1/3/25. It was freezing in there like they only relied on the heat from the kitchen. I ordered pancakes and real scrambled eggs. The pancakes arrived not fluffy but as if they were old and the eggs had egg slime in them s thy weren’t scrambled hard. The hostess / server/ Asked if I wanted to put the eggs back on the grill . I simply declined and didn’t eat anything. I was disappointed in IhOp as I have often dined here with minimal issues

Came here for lunch on Saturday. It Was pretty busy. Had to wait a while for a burger and fries while the rest of my party were almost done with their meals by the time I got my food. They also ran out of Avocados so my wife’s dish was incomplete. Overall it was an OK meal.
