It started with Luke, the bartender kindly explaining the difference in cost of the wines. I really appreciated that he didn’t get frustrated with my asking Then he personally delivered our wine! Next, our server, Heide, can’t say enough good about her too! She let us order our appetizers and enjoy with wine and waited until we were ready to order the meal- no rush! She constantly checked back with us. We never had to wait for another glass of wine- she was right there checking in with us. Honestly, we had one server there that never checked back to the point I had to take our glasses to the bar when I wanted another one!

We had an amazing experience at Red Lobster, and a huge part of that was our server, Amber. She was hands down the best service we’ve had. Amber P. was incredibly personable, warm, and inviting from the moment she came to our table. She made us smile and laugh and truly made us feel welcomed. She was very attentive and checked on us just the right amount. The food was also excellent. The seafood boil was very well seasoned, and the shrimp Alfredo was delicious. Everything came out hot and flavorful. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and Amber truly made it memorable. We will definitely be back

Upon arrival there was no one there to greet us! An employee who was standing outside I assume waiting for her ride seen us walk in and she later walked in behind us to go use the restroom. We stood there for about 10 minutes before someone finally came to the front to help us. The employee saw us standing there and did not inform anyone that we were standing there. She just walked back out the door. We were finally seated and the waitress came over after about 5 minutes, keeping in mind that there was only two other tables in the entire restaurant. None the less she finally came and was very nice. It’s Lobster fest so all the menu items were about $25 and above. We got the $44 and up options. The food came out and the food portions and appearance looked NOTHING like the picture!! The portions/ quantity of each item in the menu items were super smaller than what was pictured!! I personally ordered an alcoholic beverage called the Sunset Colada something. It had no taste of alcohol whatsoever. It had more creme and strawberry puree than anything! My meal was The Lobster Fest Boil with added sausage. It was super salty and did not have as many lobster tails and shrinp as advertised. The shrimp was super small. Definitely not worth the $50 I paid for it. My husband had the Choose 3 Lobster Lovers dream as pictured no change. When I tell you his lobster baked potato only had one piece of lobster is was pitiful. The fried lobster he only had 5 pieces. The only thing that was ok was the lobster Mac. This meal was definitely not worth the month that we paid. I attached pictures of what the food was supposed to look like. It didn’t even come close.

My family and I came here on a nice Sunday afternoon. Evelyn was the best waitress I’ve ever had in my 29 years of life. She was attentive and hospitable. I think it might’ve been life changing, even! I’ll have to come back here just to see her again. Oh, and the food was good too.

Went to lunch with my mom and had such a great experience thanks to our server, Amber Patterson. She was excellent, funny, kind, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Her service was attentive without being overbearing, and she really added to how enjoyable our lunch was. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Amber again!
