Second time trying to upload my review!
Literally what the heck is this! I wish I was lying but sadly I’m not. This is absolutely disgusting! I did a small Order on January 9,2026 when I got home I opened my 4 piece and this was inside of it…..
I tried calling the location multiple times and nobody answered the phone either.
So I drove back to McDonald’s and the guy manager( bigger guy) Had the nerve to say that I was lying. He asked someone to give me a 4 piece and told me to leave. I asked him to check the cameras and he just walked away from me and told me one last time to leave.
He honesty needs to be fired! He was absolutely not helpful at all. I’m posting this so everyone can check their orders now because this is absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a mobile pickup for some breakfast items at 10:45. We proceed to drive 15 mins to get our order. I tell the lady my code and she said they dont do breakfast all day and to pull up to the last window. The 2 ladies at the window had an attitude for no reason. I tried to explain that I had already been charged for the order and that we ordered it before 11 am. She walked away where I was greeted by another lady who was rude. She said she tried cancel on her side of things, that it will just be pending on my account and if it doesnt get refunded to come back and talk to the store manager. First off, why accept the order in the first place on the mobile app. 2nd why cant you cancel on your side of things. 3rd its not like all the ingredients cease to exist after 11 am, if I placed the order already which you guys apparently couldn’t cancel on your side of things, why not just make it, after I had already been charged? Even if I do get my refund, I shouldnt have to wait for it to pend. And if I dont get my refund why should I have to come back in and deal with you guys after you were rude? I understand if things are out of your personal control and if you would have explained that, offered an apology or just been less rude, I would just take this up with the business alone and not be do frustrated.

Most times I go here, it’s fine. But one time the sauce I ordered was out of stock on my online order so they didn’t put any sauce for my chicken strips. I wish they would have subbed for something or at least communicated. Instead, half way home I realized I had sauce less strips.

This particular McDonald’s isn’t very bad at all. I’ve had so many issues with McDonald’s in the past but not so much here. The orders are accurate at least 99% of the time. Even door fading from this location has been a great experience. They even give you straws.

Best Mcdonalds i have ever been too! The fries did come out cold and stale but they had no problem remaking them for us and they didnt have a bad attitude towards us. My daughter asked if she could get a different toy and they happily let her trade. The play area was clean and they stocked their sanitizing wipes which most mcdonalds dont. Happy with our lunch and will be back to dine again!!

Ole Mcdonalds. I know it’s notorious for being the “cheapest burger meal”… Tho i’d argue in n out is now cheaper, and higher quality… The sad thing is, it would be 100% better if it was fresh. Instead, it’s always something that’s been in the heat lamp for several hours… Always dried, tough, bland. Often inedible. If they could restructure their quality they would get a lot better!

I usually go to the McDonald’s on 500 South in Bountiful – overall better service and food. I was near this one and stopped. Fries were cold and the staff were just visiting while I sat in the drive thru (no one but me in line) – me just waiting. I guess this is why I prefer the other McDonald’s.

went in 11/09/25 around 2130 and while there were only two cars in front of mine somehow all my food was more near the cold side. Even the dollar burgers tasted as if the only heat they felt was from a light. It seemed like every item i ordered, they had extras on the warmers and just gave me those. I know its fast food but why couldnt you workers just make the food after i ordered since it was not busy at all. Not going to this location around this time again thats for sure.

We ordered DoorDash and only got a soda. Called the Dasher, she told us there was only one bag waiting for us, so we called the restaurant and a teen kid answered and listened to our complaint, then asked us to hold. Covered the phone and started explaining the situation to someone else who *HUNG UP ON US.* We tried to call two more times and they just ignored the call? Like, I get it, you’re McDonalds, not the Ritz, but hanging up on customers is low even for you all. Considering spending the weekend crank calling you just to be petty.

That was the best mcdonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Our food was ready within minutes of ordering, I had a 10/10 mcmuffin, and then a very nice employee helped us jump our truck in the parking lot. I recommend!
