DO NOT EAT HERE, I was trying to enjoy my meal and was RUDELY interrupted by an INCREDIBLY hard bite, there was a piece of METAL in my pizza! Very unprofessional! Do not dine here it is very unsanitary and the food is HORRIBLE, the drinks are also incredibly watered down and taste disgusting, everyone who works here should be HIGHLY disappointed in themselves, unacceptable.

Unique pizza crust. Pizza sauce is very good.
The atmosphere at this location is very cool as it is in an old movie theater. There is a vibe that you are getting your pizza from the concession stand and the main attraction is not the movie, but the dining on your pizza.
A few in our party thought the pepperoni and sausage toppings were a bit salty, but overall, we had a good pizza.

First time in forever I’ve been disappointed with my food. We place a togo order yesterday and the food ordered was flavorless. The mostaccioli was overcooked and dry, not enough meat sauce and the cheese (which is an additional cost) was almost non-existent. The Italian Salad was bland, and the pizza the sauce seemed more like tomato sauce. To my surprise I was truly disappointed with everything that we ordered and that’s never happened in all my years of patronizing Beggars. With the cost of everything on the rise, can’t say I’ll take a chance again and give them another try. Spent too much money not to be satisfied.

The organist, Dennis P. captivated the children with a Star Wars segment & finished up with a Disney extravaganza!!! The kids sang along & danced too. It was the music that made the evening for us. We will definitely come back to hear more.

My family of 24 made a reservation to hear the organist on a Tuesday evening. Our tables were ready when we arrived, the service was great, our waiter was very attentive to our needs, especially to those with allergies, and the food was delicious! (The Works pizza was my favorite) The atmosphere made us feel like we were on vacation. The man playing the organ was wonderful, and even noticed when the kids were enjoying the music, bubbles, and dancing. He catered to everyone there, as if he were enjoying watching how happy everyone was. He came around and asked if there was a special occasion we were celebrating, and we told him I was in town from Hawaii for a visit. He did the same for the other tables there as well. How surprised was I when he played “Aloha ‘Oe” on the organ and announced a “welcome back to Chicagoland!” (Mahalo, sir!) Our family dinner at Beggar’s Pizza is honestly a highlight of my trip. The history of the building and the organ are fascinating, and I’m so thankful that it’s still playing. This is a piece of history that we get to experience still today. If you haven’t eaten here in person yet, stay and enjoy the show! (Tuesday and Friday evenings 6:30-9:30pm!) Highly recommend!

Spent 70.00 walked out and left a whole pizza on the table in the box by the time I got home I realized I left it called back and the person I spoke to Ahim or how ever he spells his name was very rude and I explained it was a whole pizza not anything that was half eaten and his reply was oh well it’s trash now , no kind of empathy or I’m sorry anything and then I explained how if I seen a whole pizza I would at least see if the person would come back for it or call or make a note or something and he was very rude with his response. I did let him know I was making a google review and that for customer service he had a very nasty attitude and his response was oh well good and hung up on me . Of all my years going there I have never been treated sooo rudely !!!

My family of 10 came here to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. The waiter was great!! And they accommodated with no problems and we didn’t have to wait. Upon leaving my 10 year old ask for a to-go kid cup to take his lemonade home. The waiter said unfortunately he couldn’t do it per the manager. I then asked to speak to the manager who was standing there but chose not to speak to us. I again asked for the manager he came over (Aham) I explained to him that my child wanted to take his remaining drink home and he denied us. Almost $400 spent and the manager was nonchalant. His customer service was wasn’t good either. Barely said a word to us or any customers seated.

This is the worst beggars I pizza I have ever eaten. The bottom of the crust was like a saltine cracker. It had zero flavor, just sauce cheese meat. Not good at all. It was my first time ordering from this location and it very well may be our last. All thumbs down. The driver was nice tho.

Very disappointed. I’ve always loved Beggars pizza. The food is good, but two of my pizzas were horribly disfigured.
One the cheese and sausage was slid off and in the side of the box, the other the pizza was stuck to the box.
I took them back and was told they looked that way because of “driver error” and I was at fault. It’s fascinating that only 2/5 of my pizzas were messed up. They did replace the pizzas, after I drove back up there which was the least they could do.
This was not driver error, the trip from the restaurant to home was only a short 15 minute drive at speed limit. Please do better.
