The Smash burgers are the perfect size. I am a tater tot girl and they are hot and always lightly salted. The classic cherry limeade pairs wonderfully with this meal. Food comes out in a timely manner and if you roll your windows down you can enjoy some great music too.

Not sure who owns this location, but they should be embarrassed as they have the reputation as the slowest Sonic ever. We drive past it often because of the horrible waits previously. A few times we just left after waiting 15-20 minutes for our food and nothing arriving.
Today we were in a hurry and decided to order ahead on the app to give them plenty of time. App said pickup at 12:03. Again, we waited and waited and finally had the food was delivered approx 15 later than the app said and almost 30 minutes after ordering.
I guarantee they lose so much business because of the horrible reputation and service.

Haven’t been Sonic Years. Food was cold. Burgers didn’t get order right.
$27 1 burger had just cheese but came with everyhg. Last time I’ll ever…eat at sonic!!

We parked by the picnic tables and ordered at the picnic tables. The woman who took our order had a horrible attitude. It was cold so we went to wait in our car. The same woman brought our food out and we stopped her by the car to tell her it was ours. She was so rude to us. Said if we are going to order at the picnic tables then we couldn’t park where we were at. We were right next to the picnic tables in one of the mobile order spots. The entire mobile order spot area was empty. We were not taking up a spot that someone else could have used. They barely had any customers. If you’re going to work in hospitality maybe you should train to have a better attitude. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at this location.

After seeing the commercials for $1.99 shakes decided to stop by & get a shake. Every other stall credit card machine and/or screen was out of order. The restroom was out of order. I asked why everything at this restaurant was out of order? They said they were working on it. I ordered a shake (caramel ) couldn’t wait for it to arrive. When I got my shake the first thing I saw was the cherry it was dried up like a raisin. If the outside is like that I can just imagine what the inside looks like. I wouldn’t recommend this Sonic.

I’ve NEVER in my whole life experienced such disgusting service in my life or talked to so awful. This location has gone downhill and no wonder when the staff is literally acting and treating their customers like trash. Sarah B. was literally screaming at me. Sonic, I hope you pull the camera’s from 10/15/25 at 5:45 pm. All over food that smelled like it was cooked in disgusting grease and wouldn’t offer something in exchange or a refund. Good luck Sonic!! I will never return!

I’ve been here twice and both times the little man taking my order was extremely rude. And obviously annoyed that I was there thirty minutes before closing. I told him to just cancel my order and I take my business to a place that wants it.

I was in a rush and made the mistake of stopping here. I also made the mistake of consuming this sandwich. Surprisingly I’m happy to report I have not died, yet.
It seemed like there was only one person trying to run the whole place and I did feel bad for the guy.

Short-staffed and short on supplies. Tried to get a smash burger combo but they were out of buns and the employee was rude and unapologetic about it with a very curt tone.
Wouldn’t be surprised if this location closed down soon.

Came here and both the guy that took our order and the woman that I talked to when we didn’t get our sauce was very rude we had a big order he did not want to deal with us. Asked for ranch paid for ranch paid for two and we only got one. We ordered chicken tenders and I guess it does not come with any sauce? Order two different mozzarella sticks got no marinara whatsoever called and asked for what we paid for and got nothing cuz she got lippy with me. Then I asked her to not get an attitude with me and she said I got one first even though I didn’t I was wanting what we paid for. She said you want me come out so we can deal with it? REALLY woman what you going to do? VERY RUDE will NOT come back.
