We went to CinCin to celebrate my husband’s birthday with a couple of friends and it was such a great experience from the moment we arrived.

They made him feel special right away with a birthday card at the table, which was such a thoughtful detail and really set the tone for the night.

The food was amazing. The lamb came mid-rare and was perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavor. The beef lasagna was rich and comforting. The pasta dishes were fresh and beautifully balanced. The octopus was tender and cooked just right. We paired everything with great wine and finished with cake, which was the perfect ending to the celebration.

Service was warm and attentive without being overwhelming, and the atmosphere made it feel like a true special occasion.

Highly recommend for birthdays or any celebration. They truly know how to make the night memorable.

The server had an excellent attitude. She explained every dish to us and also recommended some menu items. Very friendly and attentive service. It was a great experience for me and my family!! We really enjoyed our night out.

First time trying this place. The food met expectations and was better than some pricier, well-known restaurants. Service was fine but felt a bit mechanical, more like just doing the job.
When we left, the two managers at the door stood out in a good way. They were friendly as customers were leaving, and one even offered a bag for our leftover boxes, which was a nice touch, something the server usually does.

We always love coming to CinCin, especially for their Dine Out menu. As expected, it was a busy night. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and lively.

What truly stood out to me this visit was getting to see the restaurant in action and meeting one of the managers, Jenna. She was absolutely incredible. Watching her move through the restaurant and take initiative to clear and reset tables so efficiently really showed how much care and leadership she brings to the team. She was constantly on the move, helping wherever she could to keep everything running smoothly.

I had the chance to meet her when I asked where the washroom was, and she kindly walked me all the way there. She was so thoughtful and genuinely sweet.

You have an amazing manager, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back. We will definitely be back again!

Thank you CinCin & Jenna for making our night!

We hosted our Team Christmas Dinner here, the service was excellent. We chose a set menu with most of the guests choosing the steak and everyone said it was cooked perfectly, paired with potatoes. Other options included the pasta and salmon (good reviews on those too). The deserts were good. And they had a sorbet option for those who couldn’t have diary. A little disappointing for the gluten free option on the starter to have just removed ingredients (the hummus) for the same meal rather than providing an alternative. GF bread was provided and it was yummy. The wine was very good and overall really enjoyed the dinner. Would recommend for large group events. The planning before the event was easy and meant the night ran very smoothly and Hassel free.

My cousins were in town and we really wanted to find a good spot for pasta when we stumbled upon CinCIn. Overall it was was really good, we ordered the beef ribeye (unfortunately don’t have a photo but plating was very nice), the gnocchi, the ravioli and the bolognese pasta for the 3 of us. Flavours were rich without being heavy and the atmosphere was great. It felt nice without being too fancy so its perfect for a semi casual dine in. We went in the summer so it was especially nice getting the chance to sit outside. Its on the 2nd floor so from the patio you have a street view without being right in it. Service was solid overall but a bit slow since we were on the patio and we struggled in flagging down staff quite a few times. Would definitely recommend, prices weren’t bad but wouldn’t say its a exactly a cheap restaurant, you get what you pay for though!

Tried the Dine Out menu a few weeks back. It’s my first time trying this after seeing all the good reviews and recommendations from friends. Our waiter William for the night was very professional and friendly.

The parmesan soufflé was meeting expectations. It’s the right amount of salty and creamy

The wagyu carpaccio was a little bit disappointing. It doesn’t taste like high-quality Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. The added truffle doesn’t bring any extra aroma. It tastes very plain.

The main dish, grilled chicken is VERY DRY. You can see from the picture. And it’s missing seasoning. I think the Costco rotisserie chicken is 10x tender and juicy than this. After communicating the disappointment, our waiter and the director helped us remove it from the bill.

The Panna cotta is high quality. You can see they use vanilla seeds. But I personally suggest the jelly part to be a bit less. Again, it’s just my own preference.

Overall, cincin has good vibe and friendly service. I may be back for another try but definitely not the chicken.

The beef carpaccio is, and always has been, my favorite dish here. It’s impeccable —it’s perfectly seasoned and one of the best I’ve had anywhere. It’s a must-order every single time.

The ambiance is still wonderful and the bar program is top-notch. However, I was a little let down by my main course this time, as it didn’t taste as good as it did many years ago. Based on this visit, I’d suggest focusing on the appetizer menu and their great drink selection for a perfect lighter visit.

Honestly, probably my favourite Italian restaurant in Vancouver so far!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything just hit the right notes. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere felt cozy yet lively. It definitely gets loud once the restaurant fills up, but you can still have a proper conversation.

The menu has a great variety of options, and their wine list is extensive (lots of interesting bottles to choose from). The food was delicious across the board, but the tomato salad and the lamb chops were the real standouts for us.

All in all, it was a lovely dining experience. Great food, great vibe, and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back soon.

The food is very good, I have to say with mu many visits to all the restaurants in Vancouver for last 20 years. Cin Cin is the most consistent. The service is personable and professional while not being pretentious. The osso buco is probably the best in town. And the grilled octopus was one of the best I had in a while outside of the Mediterranean
