They made him feel special right away with a birthday card at the table, which was such a thoughtful detail and really set the tone for the night.
The food was amazing. The lamb came mid-rare and was perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavor. The beef lasagna was rich and comforting. The pasta dishes were fresh and beautifully balanced. The octopus was tender and cooked just right. We paired everything with great wine and finished with cake, which was the perfect ending to the celebration.
Service was warm and attentive without being overwhelming, and the atmosphere made it feel like a true special occasion.
Highly recommend for birthdays or any celebration. They truly know how to make the night memorable.
When we left, the two managers at the door stood out in a good way. They were friendly as customers were leaving, and one even offered a bag for our leftover boxes, which was a nice touch, something the server usually does.
What truly stood out to me this visit was getting to see the restaurant in action and meeting one of the managers, Jenna. She was absolutely incredible. Watching her move through the restaurant and take initiative to clear and reset tables so efficiently really showed how much care and leadership she brings to the team. She was constantly on the move, helping wherever she could to keep everything running smoothly.
I had the chance to meet her when I asked where the washroom was, and she kindly walked me all the way there. She was so thoughtful and genuinely sweet.
You have an amazing manager, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back. We will definitely be back again!
Thank you CinCin & Jenna for making our night!
The parmesan soufflé was meeting expectations. It’s the right amount of salty and creamy
The wagyu carpaccio was a little bit disappointing. It doesn’t taste like high-quality Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. The added truffle doesn’t bring any extra aroma. It tastes very plain.
The main dish, grilled chicken is VERY DRY. You can see from the picture. And it’s missing seasoning. I think the Costco rotisserie chicken is 10x tender and juicy than this. After communicating the disappointment, our waiter and the director helped us remove it from the bill.
The Panna cotta is high quality. You can see they use vanilla seeds. But I personally suggest the jelly part to be a bit less. Again, it’s just my own preference.
Overall, cincin has good vibe and friendly service. I may be back for another try but definitely not the chicken.
The ambiance is still wonderful and the bar program is top-notch. However, I was a little let down by my main course this time, as it didn’t taste as good as it did many years ago. Based on this visit, I’d suggest focusing on the appetizer menu and their great drink selection for a perfect lighter visit.
We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and everything just hit the right notes. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere felt cozy yet lively. It definitely gets loud once the restaurant fills up, but you can still have a proper conversation.
The menu has a great variety of options, and their wine list is extensive (lots of interesting bottles to choose from). The food was delicious across the board, but the tomato salad and the lamb chops were the real standouts for us.
All in all, it was a lovely dining experience. Great food, great vibe, and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back soon.
