Good luck getting fast service at night. Employees are in and out of the restaurant on smoke breaks and could care less.
I’ve come before with a drive up order and waited 35 minutes for a mcchicken, large fries , and nuggets.
Today I Came for cookies. There weren’t any made so they told me sorry no cookies rn . I said .. okay ? How lot of a wait for them ? I only came for cookies . They repeated “there are none made” which wasn’t my question. I had to ask if they are just out of stock period or they just need to make them . They said it would take 10 minutes . Like I had said in the beginning when I first asked for cookies I responded “that’s fine . I’m okay with waiting” seemed annoyed .
I’m annoyed . seriously need new employees

Me and my girlfriend came to the West Salem McDonald’s and to start off we have never had such terrible and extremely backed up slow customer service and rude young manager and young girl We were in the drive-thru waiting for 45 minutes to get our order I asked the manager for his name 3 times to be ignored by his apart from waiting forever They made my order wrong and He Refused to Fix it. I will never come to this McDonald’s ever again until they hire more qualified people! There customer service is shit. I’ve never had a problem with any other McDonald’s restaurant ever until tonight.
All three times i have not even been acknowledged being at the counter till someone brings a complaint to the staff. Which takes them time to.address.
On average it has taken between 15 and 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break to get acknowledged and order my food.
I have complained to the manager on duty same one all three times younger white lady with long brown hair. All three times i have gotten excuses from her as to why its taken so long. To me the.management staff needs replaceced or either the inside or one of the double drive thrus closed. If lack of employees to take care of both
Calling him a lier he paid with a 50 dollar bill and she told him no they literally stole from the disabled veteran
Then on top of that the manger seem like she didn’t even care
And there employees were very. Rude and literally arguing with him and they didn’t even give him his food he ordered
So not only they stoled his money called him a lier they didn’t even give him the stuff he ordered
