11/24/2025- I ordered a pizza and garlic bread bites. The online ordering went well.The price of everything was around $25.50. I ordered a mango passion beverage. The delivery was super quick. Food was piping hot when I got it. But, the taste of the pizza with chicken topping was awful! The chicken was hard, crusty, dry and hard to chew, made me scared to swallow it. I don’t know what happened. The garlic bread bites were hot and tasty but I seriously just realized that my entire lunch was just bread and crust. Not smart. Not good.My pizza had spinach and stuff on it but the taste was so off. Not a good lunchtime experience.

&pizza used to be one of our favorite fast-casual spots, and we genuinely appreciated supporting a DC-grown business. Unfortunately, this location has really gone downhill.
We drove to the store to pick up our online order. Our order took far too long to prepare – and when we finally received it, it was completely wrong. We ordered a standard pepperoni pizza but were given one topped with fried eggs and olives. Not even close to what we expected or what the family was looking forward to.
Because there is no customer support number to call – we had to drive back to the restaurant to have the mistake corrected. The staff laughed about the mix-up and rudely called “YO” when the new pizza was ready. They didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvience of having to drive BACK to the store to fix the problem.
It’s disappointing to see this kind of drop in service and attention to detail. We hope this feedback is taken seriously – we used to be loyal fans, and we’d love to see the place get back to the quality it once had.

&Pizza is a convenient spot right across the street from Catholic University, and it’s great that they’re open every day from 11 AM until midnight. Their pizzas are generally delicious, with a good variety to choose from. While some pizzas may have more toppings than others, the overall quality is consistently good.
They have an easy-to-use electronic kiosk for ordering, which makes the process quick and simple. The staff is generally very helpful and friendly, though they’re often quickly moving on to the next customer, which is understandable when they’re busy. I’ve noticed that when they get crowded, the quality of the pizzas can dip a bit, but it’s still a solid option for a quick and tasty meal, especially if you’re in the area.

Delicious food and excellent service. These gourmet pizzas were enough to feed 3 adults – I’m not a DC native but this place is on my list for future visits!

This is the worst location I have been too !
The customer service is horrible, i ate here with my family , we weren’t greeted upon entry. Waited 10mins then finally took our order. The location was empty the only was the first guest. Strange I had to even wait. Stingy with the toppings and tells me I have to pay extra . “ I did “ Once I finally received my food the whole entire pizza was salty. I asked for parmesan cheese on the end and it was just pure salt. I can’t even finish my food . I have never experienced anything like this before at & pizza. Spent too much just to for my food to taste like pure salt in every bite. All of our pizza had the same taste and we all put Parmesan on our pizza at the end .

Everything from entry to exit to eating was not a great experience. First was unfriendly staff. No greeting. Not enthusiastic. No farewell. I was handed three pizza boxes that couldn’t stack because the boxes wouldn’t stay together so some crushed on one side of the box making the stack lean. Poor presentation as well as not a good first impression. I had hopes the pizza would taste better. But I was wrong. Dough had no flavor and had no structure. It flopped with the few ingredients on it. The ingredients tasted cheap. I had a slice out of each to try and give it a chance and tossed the rest before leaving.

Their pizza is decent, but what they advertise and what you receive is different. The LilRoni, in their marketing material looks like pepperoni covers every part of the pizza, but actually it’s about only 25% of what is shown in their marketing material.
The staff seem like they hate working there. I try to be positive with them and greet each of them with a friendly greeting and how is your day. You basically get grunts back. There is a sign telling you if you’re eating in ask for a tray (saves them money on boxes), I have every time pizza still comes in a box. I can only guess the upper management is bad and therefore the employees are reflecting this.
Outside is nice the inside is dull and boring. Like I said decent pizza, but the whole company needs an attitude adjustment to being more positive towards their customers.

I came here last night within thirty minutes of closing. As someone who’s worked in the food service industry, I know how irritating that can be because you’re trying to clean up and just be done for the day… BUT I napped too long and UberEats extra fees are getting exorbitant and I had no food! And this place is within walking distance for me so went for it.
They have you order from an electronic kiosk now and I didn’t like that, especially because I wanted extra goat cheese. I asked over the counter how to do that because the kiosk didn’t allow it, and the employee told me she would take care of it.
I custom made a pie not really shown on the site. I did mushroom truffle sauce, mozzarella, topped with pineapple, goat cheese and the fig drizzle.
It was SO good. I hadn’t eaten anything that day and demolished it. The employee indeed really hooked me up with extra goat cheese, did the fiz drizzle and even gave me a side cup of extra. I didn’t really taste any truffle, but obviously this pizza had a lot of flavors going on haha so was likely overshadowed.
I was really happy. I just wish that I didn’t have to use the kiosk, I was lucky because it was quiet since it was so late, but I think if it was busier and I had a question like the extra goat cheese, that would’ve been annoying to ask through a crowd. And I wish it gave you the option to double or triple stuff if you wanted.
Employee even brought out a tray of stuff they’d already put away for the night to accommodate my order. I was pleased and it’s the best meal I’ve had in several days.

&Pizza used to serve delicious food, inventively prepared. Now, it seems they aren’t even trying. Pizzas were sparsely topped. Even puzzas with 3 toppings had bare pieces! And it took a long time to get three COLD mediocre pizzas. At least the garlic bread was done right — and warm. What a waste of time and money.
