Used to be fast and fresh but the last 3 times I’ve gone through the drive thru they’re now doing the thing where you pay and then they tell you to pull around front and park. You’ll wait another 10-15 for your food. Tonight is the last time I’m coming here. Waited 15 minutes for room temperature fries and cheeseburgers with no cheese.

How come there’s only 1-2 workers here working at a time? I came 3 separate occasions and it was always the same. Also one Friday night being closed before 8pm despite open late signs?

Hey management, how come there was only 2 people during a lunch rush? Is it really that bad? Do you guys know how to schedule people or is corporate trying to save on labor? Truly sad that you guys don’t even know how to run a fast food place. It’s not rocket science. Also, why are you guys selling small drinks as a medium for $3.09? That’s just straight greed. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Don’t waste your time going here! Waited 30 minutes for a breakfast burrito and a side of hash browns. Told me to pull around front after I paid and they would bring it to me. Then the worker comes out and tells me they have no tortillas after I waited for 30 min. Won’t go back

Went here during lunch and my food was horrible got a western and it had no bbq sauce on. This is definitely the worst Carl’s Jr I have been to. The lobby was a mess will not be coming back
