Came here for my birthday dinner, a party of eight people! Service was excellent, and we were able to split the bill six ways, which was very kind of them. I had the bruschetta, a Shirley temple, and the seafood fettuccine. All of it was very good, although the bruschetta could’ve had basil or something added to it. My boyfriend had the lamb chops, which he said were good, as well as the fries, which he loved! My brother had the one burger, which was MASSIVE, and he said was excellent. Overall a great place, definitely a good place to go with friends or family!

Heard and read great things about Nick’s and finally got the chance to try it for myself.
My husband and I split the taco special pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs. It was so much food we could have fed four people. Both dishes were delicious and even better the next day as leftovers.
Staff were super friendly and we loved the vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant.

Shame to say, but I haven’t been here in my 50 years living in the city. What a shame. The food was so good. I had the sauteed mussels and the wife had the rainforest salad. Both were unbelievable. LOVE the atmosphere, old school style. We will be coming here more often now for sure. Our server Katie was fantastic.

It was our first time there for birthday celebration and I truly thought Nicks is restaurant. But it serves water and drinks in plastic cup, pizza sauce was in disposable cups. And brown nupkins like from Macdonalds. So it’s definitely not a standard for restaurant.
Food itself was good. Not wow at all (I had a lot of fat in my meat, so I spit it out a lot) but how poor dishes were served itself. No sause for meat. I think it’s overprice.
Atmosphere in Nicks is pretty cozy and lovely yo be there.
I would rather come here for appetizers.

Sat at the bar and had wings and mushroom apps with a hazy that Brett, our awesome bartender, served us. The food was incredible, the atmosphere awesome with the Flames playing on the TV. This place is a must if visiting Calgary!

Nicks is a staple in this city. Serving up good food at a decent price. The staff are really what makes this place shine. Kind, attentive, knowledgable about the menu. And the atmosphere is like a warm hug. Makes you feel like a happy, nostalgic memory. Thanks so much for the meal last night. We will be back.

Nick’s Steakhouse and Pizza is a Calgary classic! Cozy family-run spot since 1979, known for hearty steaks, juicy burgers, and their famous deep-dish pizza. Great portions, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere make it perfect for both casual dinners and special nights out.

A family run restaurant in Calgary. We had very delicious steak which was beautifully served with a gorgeous side dish and tasty mash potato .
Unfortunately, I forgot the waitress’s name, but she was very friendly.

Neat place, friendly staff, tasty steak. I loved the calamari. Warren took wonderful care of us and was attentive and on point when it came to refilling our drinks and removing finished plates. We went there for a late lunch at 2pm on a weekday, and there was plenty of parking and no wait for a table.

Food was absolutely delicious. Loved the pairing of my steak with the cab sav red wine. My meal included tossed salad and garlic bread but I forgot to take a picture of that. The restaurant was packed and we were a group of 8. I enjoyed my medium rare sirloin steak meal. My steak was well seasoned and just delicious. My husband loved his baby back ribs meal. We all opted to sit outside in the patio since the weather was just great. All in all a great choice of a place.
