We went for an early dinner. We didnt have to wait for a table! Food was amazing they were out of french fries but had everything else. Our service i believe her name was Christy she was great! That Chocolate Stampede was AAAMAZINGG!! That’s a must get!!

I had a decent dining experience. I sat at the bar and was greeted and given a menu within 5 minutes . The food and drinks were perfect and cooked exactly as I ordered. Food had great flavor, staff were welcoming and had great customer service .

I went to longhorn for my Birthday today we ordered an appetizer . I had to ask for silverware our waitress brings plastic ware okay no problem. So when our entrée come out we asked for silverware again the waitress said they washing them I’ll bring them to you. At this point we started to eat our sides. Because we can’t cut a steak with plastic ware. I stop another waiter to get them to send the manger over. She came 15 mins later. When she finally came I let her know have worked in restaurants for years if someone doesn’t come to work management steps in and fix the problem. She apologized that the dishwasher didn’t come in well ma’am that where you step in or the kitchen manager and wash silverware. She wanted to get silverware and redo my food no ma’am just charge me for the shrimps we ate. Would you like a dessert? Ma’am no. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at Longhorn never again. Management and Chef please order more silverware y’all didn’t run out of plates

i went on yesterday 1/18/26. Dining room is completely filthy. Food underlay table and around tables that guest had previously sat at . i looked at food in the floor for at least 20 mins before i saw a young lady come with a little vacuum she didn’t get under the table . using paper napkins to wipe tables down . Servers need training i heard one young lady tell another one how a customer was mad as hell , her exact words . I left feedback on their site but i’m sure i won’t get a call back . i saw two ladies leave, I’m sure it was cause of how dirty the restaurant was . I asked for tea half and half she brought me back a sweet tea never came back to my table until she brought the salad, i then told her my tea was too sweet, i said , I’m diabetic she said oh i gotcha it makes you a little crazy me to myself (What) well no it actually make my blood sugar rise . my steak came out and after i took two bites i said, can i get a togo box i rather eat in my own clean kitchen than to sit in this filthy dining room , i still had to ask for the tea again before i left . Emily was my waiter she was too busy fussing saying she getting off at 4 and wasn’t staying over another minute because she had something to do . Before i left i stopped at the front desk to ask who was the General Manager she said a guy name Dan or Danny and she said he was on duty . i shasta’s with her how dirty it was and she said she understood my frustration. i hope someone looks into this and constantly new GM that cares and get sone serves that actual don’t mind be more attentive to their customers . This restaurant is in a good area but service is awful . HM should be ashamed to even allow this .

We had to order the steak twice the first time the steak Came out it was hard as a rock. Note ::we ordered medium well. Then they brought us a steak that looked like sushi. The waitress was awful. Literally took 15 minutes to cook a sushi steak. There was no priority to get the steak to the table when it was sent back while others were waiting. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Longhorn. And they were not even busy. It was on a Monday night. Never saw the manager usually they make table rounds to see how your stuff is going.

They served complimentary bread with butter, which was filling and tasty.
The steaks were good quality, and the whole ambiance was welcoming.
I ordered the T bone steak with mac and cheese and fries as sides. I ordered a medium cooked steak, and I got a medium cooked one. I experienced some of the restaurants overcook the steaks, but it’s not the case here.
The pricing was reasonable and worth it.
We visited as a group of 4 , and all of us really enjoyed the whole experience.

Do not order to go here because you will be waiting up to an hour plus for something as simple as a side item! They do not answer the phone either. PLEASE DO BETTER ! I never received my food. Will be requesting a refund,

I arrived at Longhorn steakhouse on Levee road in collierville Tenn around 4:15 pm. I was seated at the bar due large capacity. I sat at the bar for ten minutes with no response from any waiters. I had to ask unknown white female for a menu. Then I tried to place my order, and she responded she was busy. I waited again for 10 minutes, then I stopped a unknown black female waitress, informing her I need a waiter to placed my order. She responded that she was going to get some one, but no one came after waiting another 10 minutes. So I left the restaurant. I feel Management need to know about poor customer service.

I wanted to try something different so I ordered a half rack of ribs and they were undercooked.I had lunch with my greaties and niece and our drinks did not get refilled and our waiter did not come to check our us until it was time to leave.. We gave this location multiple shots thinking maybe it was just a fluke. Nope. 3 of 3 times, at least one steak in the order was barely seared on either side, completely raw in the center. We order our steaks medium, so having it served blue is really far off from that. We won’t be back to this location.
