I haven’t been here In a long time so I didn’t know what to expect. Wow was I shocked! The egg sandwich was so bad. There was a thin piece of egg (not even a whole egg) and an over toasted bun. I couldn’t even taste the egg just the bun. I’m sorry I didn’t return it. “Where’s the egg?”

Sat at one of the screens for several minutes and no one came out so i decided to go to the drive-through to pick up a DoorDash order which was just one vanilla shake. When I told the employee the name for the order, she directed me to go back to a stall and I told her I had already been waiting for 10 minutes. She then told me that it was probably broken and still wanted me to go back to a stall and push the button again because her handing us the shake was slowing down her drive-through time and her general manager would tell me the same thing I told her to go get the general manager who came to the window and asked what the order name was. I gave her the name and she proceeded to go grab the shake. Once she handed me the shake, the general manager told me “next time go back around like the person said to” and shut the Window in my face and walked off. Rude, no customer service skills. Unprofessional employees and management. Friday, March 6 around 9 PM, 2026. Trifling wanna be important, must be slow, no people skills having child. So I took my time accepting the order in the drive through. Do better.

This place used to be a usual for my friends & I. Slowly, they began to deteriorate. Every employee who works there, minus maybe two, are nasty & rude.
The app no longer allows coffee deals nor discounts on them, and always taste like water with creamer. Any time management or employees are faced with criticism for the taste (which often times tastes spoiled), they shut you down and insist their restaurant is clean.
It is not.
My friends and I, together and separately, have been spoken down to, snapped at, even yelled at once, and dismissed by the employees.
One in particular makes a frequent reoccurrence. Though she seems to keep being removed to speaking to customers often. Which comes as no shock, as my friend had gotten into a small confrontation that she caused.
We are all sick of overpriced drinks and food that tastes worse than not knowing how to cook at home for free
We are all miserable. We are all underpaid. We are all struggling. We’re just trying to get something to enjoy our day with. Stop dragging others with you. And you all know who you are. Your misery is affecting your clientele, as we all talk to each other.

I had ordered through the Uber app and I accidentally had a duplicate order so I called the store to speak to the merchant like I was advised through the Uber customer service line . And Yes, it was a young lady who was very aggressive who answered and I’m sure the calls are recorded. She was cursing at me not letting me speak and I can tell that they were gonna mess with my food. I asked them to cancel, but they said no they told me that they didn’t even have my order which was a double order on Uber‘s behalf because I am logged in on two different Locations. One through Safari and one through the app and I was charged and sent the same order twice, and I can tell by the first order it was tampered with in comparison to the second order, which I show details in the pictures. I’m just very appalled and I want a full refund, but most importantly I want someone to betalked to at that job because if not, then I will go there personally to speak to a manager myself

Spent 9 dollars on a small ice cream. Paid 2 dollars more for extra heath and Oreo. My ice cream literally had nothing in it. And when I went back through to ask them about it all I got was attitude. lol like I was wrong. I’ve gotten this same item many times with no issues. This time will definitely be the last. “My manager made your ice cream I saw her, I know it’s right”. Can’t argue with ignorance. Just won’t come back with my family. We can go right up the street to steak and shake for the same ice cream and better customer service

Not particularly enjoyable food, even for fast food. The cheese fries were virtually inedible, soggy with congealed cheese. The burger was average at best, tasted ok but nothing stood out. Both of the breakfast burritos were ok, but the American cheese they use is so gluey, I really wish they used cheddar. The French toast sticks were fine, basically identical to BK. I tend to doubt I will order from here again with Wendy’s and McDonalds much closer to me.

Okay….place was clean….car parked next to me was lying in her front seat she may have been an employee because everyone kept coming up asking her everything was okay I never seen her order anything it was a little weird made me feel unnerved. But for the food I ordered a single burger cheeseburger and tater tots with cheese you’ll see in the pictures hardly any cheese on my tater tots I even took a close up no cheese couldn’t find a fork till I went and found one and then I found it in the side of the bag why they would do that as beside me and the straw that gave me for my milkshake I could not let my four year old granddaughter use because it was too big for her mouth unsure if they think they’re serving Godzilla but they could have made a kid friendly at least besides that it was okay.

Employees taking the order were rude and whoever was preparing the food was lazy we got a breakfast burrito and they didn’t put it in the steamer the show is falling apart and they added more cheese than meat or egg.

Just went through the drive thru and received this absolutely disgusting drink. It was supposed to be a Dr.Pepper with lime somehow this is what I was given. I went back through asked them what this even was?? And she rudely handed me the same exact drink. She gave me no time to ask for a refund. Absolutely disgusting kitchen with very rude staff.
