I waited 5 minutes at the drive-thru speaker after the second time of me saying “hello”, I got service. I had to repeat my order twice. You can tell the employees hated their job and didn’t want to be there. They did not have any customer service skills whatsoever. I guess for whatever reason the drive-thru windows stopped working for whatever reason. They basically had roadside cones on the drive-thru window side of the building. They had one food runner. I was thinking about going in, but I figured it would take just as long or if not longer just sitting in my car, with the pace they were moving. I was four cars back and noticed someone got the wrong order. Sat and waited another 10 minutes. Took 20 minutes from ordering to get my meal, and the quality was horrible. The bottom buns were so soggy as if they were soaked in water. This was my frst time here, and there won’t be a next time.

Ordered on the app. 30 minutes later still no food. I told them i was waiting. They just didn’t care.. i left with no food. Oh yeah. I literally only ordered one cheeseburger and a kids mozzarella sticks. I didn’t order like 4 crave cases. I told them to just keep the money. I’ll never be back.

I ordered through the app with a set pickup time. I get there at the pickup time and I’m told at the lobby door that in order to get my food I have to go for the drive-thru because I don’t have a reservation. The food was already paid for all the lady needed to do was grab it and hand it to me. Drive-thru is wrapped around the building today. My food was done but I had to wait 40 minutes in a line of cars to get the food. Food is now cold at time of actually getting it. What’s the point of the set pickup time if you’re going to force somebody to sit through your drive-thru?

Employees were rude, food was terrible and I will not return. I have no desire to ever return to any white castle after this experience. When we walked in, we had 2 people look at us, but no words. After about a minute, one of the ladies rolled her eyes, audibly sighed, took her gloves off and said what do you want. We placed our order, she said the total, then walked away. When our food was ready, she said here, and DROPPED the bags from about 6″ above the counter. 1 bag tipped over and she didn’t say or do anything. On our way out, I asked if they put sauce in the bag, we decided it wasn’t worth even talking to them to get any. The food was almost cold, and the burgers were so soggy we could barely eat them.

This place shouldn’t come up when you search “fast food”, ain’t anything fast about it. Waited in the lobby almost 15min before even ordering, more than a half hour after to get our food. Lobby was also a sticky mess, floors counters and tabletops. Half the food was cold/lukewarm by the time we got it I feel sorry for anybody ordering doordash from here. Last time I’m coming to this location. Guaranteed with all the other bad reviews I’m seeing the only reason it’s still open is being right beside the interstate. The receipt says they’re offering $15 an hour, they shouldn’t get $5 an hour for how slow they are

Decent food and decent priced. They were slammed when we got there but the music festival crowd just let out and it was to be expected. All in all was great. Was a bad sign of the neighborhood when you have locks on the bathroom though, but that’s not their fault. Great job y’all.

Best WC I’ve visited ever. I went through drive thru and the person helping me was on top of it, kind and fast. My food was hot & made exactly how I asked and the windows attendant was friendly. Just amazing 15/10

We ordered a pick up order for 7pm over an hour ahead of time. When we got there, we finally got to the counter at 7:15 and they said they had 80 burgers to make for people and would then start on our order. What is the point of ordering ahead at that point?
