Very rude staff. I Was waiting at the speaker for over 5 minutes. The person taking orders at the drive through speaker was rude, and the people at the window were very rude . I asked for extra cream at the window and I was met with a ride and dismissive no. They did not bother to mix my coffee or my mcflurry.

If i could give zero stars I would but it makes you do at least 1. First I placed an order on the app when I was leaving work to pick up. I get there and it took 10 mins for someone to come over speaker and there was only 2 cars in drive thru besides me. After waiting 10 mins just for me to be able to tell them my code and I was placing a 2nd order, that was just 4 apple pies and 3 cups of tarter sauce (since the app wont let me add tarter sauce to my moblie order I have to order it when I get there). They say to pull to 1st window which I do but no one is there. After waiting for 39 mins for the 2 cars in front of me to pay and get their food its finally my turn. I pull up to 2nd window and I still need to pay for my 2nd order. She says I judt have to pay for 2nd order. I told her okay. She doesnt give me a total but takes my card and walked away somewhere with it. Comes back with a reciept and I look at it and its only apple pies and someone decided it wss okay to round my purchase up for donation. Had they asked i wouldnt have cared but its the fact that they didnt ask and didnt ring up my tarter sauce. I dont use any of their sauces with my chicken nuggets, I use tarter sauce and order it everytime I go. Who ever was the manager working tonight is very very rude and unprofessional. Even tho I ordered it at the speaker she says I need to go back around and wait in line again even tho by now ive already waited 45 mins by this time. I really really really hate this mcdonalds. They are ALWAYSZ short on employees so the wait times are at least an hour for FAST FOOD! what was very frustrating was she made it seem like It was my fault and I didnt order it but I did and shes the one who messed up. Then i get home and get my food out of the bag and there is little black pieces all over my fries. They never had those peices before so why are they on it now and what even is it? Cause its not pepper. Gross. Really want my money back asap!

The staff here actually cares they are quick. And make the food the correct way, not sloppy and fast like most McDonald’s. This has to be one of my favorite McDonald’s in Northeast Ohio, amazing. What can be done when workers actually care a plus plus plus plus

To the crew working Monday night at 3 o’clock in the morning, January 14,2026. A special thank you not only was. I surprised that this restaurant was open but after being all day in the hospital with my mom, I was so hungry and I thought for sure The people working at this time would not be happy with my arrival from the cashier to the person in the kitchen to the one handing me the food greeted me with a smile and did not make me feel like I was a bother. Kudos to you guys for having such a beautiful attitude at such late hours of the night! You guys definitely made a bad day seem much better.

Don’t go here. They constantly don’t answer the drive-thru because they’re not 24 hours or anything and obviously nobody’s in there even though you can see them standing around. Happens all the time. You’re there to earn your paycheck kiddos. Work for it it’s super hard to say welcome to McDonald’s what can I get for you. I feel for you dearly. Tough job. The hardest

Worst food ever!!! We ordered food. Half the meal missing, everything tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Hate to be the Karen but that manager will be getting a call. I got sick shortly off their fries. Don’t go to this location. Yuck!

Had a couple meals here with my wife and Cathy was so hardworking- cleaning the tables and greeting customers with a big smile. I noticed her even opening the two doors for a lady with her hands full .dont get that kind of service even at a fancy five star restaurant. Keep up the good work and spreading goodness

I’ve stopped in for lunch at this location a couple times a year for the last 20 years I can tell you right now the operation that they’re running is the friendliest and cleanest it’s ever been and my food was perfect. Sydo was working the front and delivered my order over promptly with a great smile.

The store likes to make up their own hours and are never reliable for their community. However, they still do manage to be the best McDonald’s in the general area, which doesn’t say a lot for McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is a joke. The one manager today was running around doing everyone’s job while the other 5 employees literally just stood there. After waiting 20 minutes for an order I placed on the app, I asked to jist cancel my order and she had the audacity to tell me it wouldn’t be long. You served One person un the drive thru in 10 minutes, 20 cars behind them, 5 people behind me, and you think it isnt going to take much longer? Lol. That manager could work but her team and her attitude towards customers is completely terrible.
